Promenade Pizza — Restaurant in Anaheim

Came here because I received coupons in the mail. Considering I just moved to Anaheim, I figured I’d give them a try in hopes to support a local business. The initial reception was excellent. Where things took a turn was me being told it would take 15mins for my personal pizza and Caesar salad. Now that was fine. What isn’t okay is that I waited double that only for me to have to stand at the counter for the cashier to ask me what I was waiting for. I told her my order and she apologized and pulled my pizza from a heat rack because apparently it was done already but she thought I was “waiting for a large call in order.” I can understand that as they were really busy. She did throw chicken on my salad at no extra charge, so that was nice.

The review is based on pepperoni pizza, service and presentation. First I would like to say that the service is terrible. They speak in their native language so that customers don't understand the distasteful comments they make from their own customers. The atmosphere is horrible and the presentation of the employees and the pizzeria as well. Now about the pizza... it's a regular pizza, a little better than the 7 Eleven one, but the taste is the same. The correct amount should be about $8. The only positive thing I have to add is the take out time, which was within the limit. Other than that, I don't recommend this establishment at all. I've tasted worse pizza, but the combination of horrible service, presentation and taste, I can't give more...

If i could do zero stars I would. I ordered the $25.99 special a large pizza and 7 wings with a side salad for delivery. The charge came out to $44 and some change. They took my money and sent a text that my food would be delivered within the hour. As soon as i got that text i got another text saying my ordered was canceled for they where to busy. I called the restaurant and was told to hold and was hung up on. I tried calling back no answer. I drove to the restaurant and a customer was helping me more than the women. She only refunded me $35 and some change for my order. The customer told me they could not make my food because they did not have wings, mushrooms, or the side salad. This is my first and last...
