Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Andalusia

I ordered 4 dinners for my family at the drive-through tonight, and although the worker read my order back, when I got home, I realized I was missing one dinner. Knowing it must have been a mistake, I drove the 12 miles back while my guests were waiting as their food was getting cold. I returned to the drive-through and was greeted by two young employees. I told the young man that I was missing a dinner, and he proceeded to ring up another one. When I questioned him about having paid already, he said I didn't. I asked to speak to the lady who took my original order, and she said it was her mistake and she only rang up 3 dinners. As I was in the process of paying, my passenger said to me that we shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. At that, the young man raised his voice and told me, "he wasn't in the habit of giving out free food," and closed the window abruptly in my face as the other young workers laughed at his performance. When the young lady opened the window to hand out the food, I asked her the young man's name. She told me an incorrect name, and he corrected her, spelled it, and wanted to know if there was anything else I needed to know. I am a 30+ year teacher, my passenger was a 30+ year teacher, and we have bought more food for students than this young man has ever eaten. Unacceptable and disgusting Jack's location in Andalusia Alabama. A group of employees sat in the corner as we tried to find a booth with a clean table to eat at. I had to ask someone to wash off a table and they quickly and briefly gave it a partial wipe off. I had to ask them to do it better. We ordered the Big Jack meals and the sandwiches were small, nothing big about them. The fries were overly salty and one of the boxes was only half full. For almost $19.00 for two "misnamed" and actually small burgers (nothing big about them) plus only one full and one half full container of fries it wasn't worth what we paid. After eating I went into the restroom and I was shocked at how nasty and unkempt it was with toilets full of excrement, which looked like an explosion! NO clean toilet paper on the rack but a large roll was on the floor. When I washed my hands - what do you know! NO paper towels! We will never, never, never visit this Jacks location again! It needs to be closed down and deep cleaned! I noticed the manager is always saying they will look into the situation with their Andalusia location but apparently nothing ever changes! Why keep giving everyone the same excuse...

Should have turned around before we even entered the place. As we approached the door, an employee barged out and almost knocked my kid over as she was bringing food out to a car in the drive thru. She didn't say anthing to us. I sarcastically said excuse us and waved it off as we were all very hungry. Walked into soda spilled on the floor and the garbage cans over flowing. Went up to the counter and waited as someone had just finished their order. Waited longer than one should for fast food but they are busy, so let this go too. Finally gave the order and we sat and waited. Food was made quick. Nothing negative or positive to say about the food, we were hungry. Went to counter to ask for ranch. Asked a young lady who gave an rude exhale and checked the fridge before walking off saying I guess not. I was in shock. Wasnt sure if she was going to check someplace else or that was the end of our interaction. She didn't return. The lady who took the original order walked up and inquired if I needed something to which I replied. She turned around to the same fridge and grabbed ranch from the front of it.
