Today was my first time trying. I called and the girl asked if I would hold. I was on hold for about 6 minutes then I heard people talking and then they hung up on me. I called back a bit later because I had some newbie questions the website couldn't help me with, and I wanted to place a carry out. I spoke to Lynn and she was nice and apologized for the incident. Fast forward, I get there and call again to have them bring my food out to my car. Nobody answered... I had to get my 2yr old out and go in instead. New Edit I returned for customer appreciation day when they had a free scoop of Carole's Classic. My service this time was much better but I never called and decided to go inside and order instead. Fast, prompt service! I also really appreciate the woman who got my daughter a ballon. She went out of her way, around the counter so my daughter could have one. Even though my daughter let go of the balloon right when we walked outside, I appreciate the gesture! lol. This made me extremely happy and I will be returning because...
Read moreIt isn't bad chicken salad I just feel it's overrated it's very clear by the very first fight that it was done with the food processor which there's nothing wrong with that it's just for instance with the Old South one with the pickles and the egg you can smell the pickles in the egg you can taste the pickles in the egg but you can't taste the texture because it's been using the food processor so much that you may as well just use seasoning instead of the actual ingredient if it were done by hand I think it would be taste a lot better cuz you would have better textures but what do I know I'm not the one with the business but I can guarantee 100% is still with the food processor I get nothing wrong with that but when you can taste maybe the chicken and ingredients should be chopped by hand I'll never go back I can get better chicken salad a lot cheaper that tastes like grandma made it not like there's no heart put into it with a...
Read moreAfter the staff took my order and I paid, they came back and asked me to change breads. I had specifically came in for the chicken salad on a croissant. I asked to be refunded. The line manager was not happy with me. There happened to be a regional or district manager on the premises, having a conference call. Hr told me croissants were there at lunchtime, not at 445pm. He proceeded to tell me to go to Walmart to buy the croissant. I was definitely perturbed at this treatment and he told me to change my attitude and that beechmont store was run well. I disagree. But I doubt if this corporation cares. They offered no recourse, except to buy my own croissant at Walmart, so my only recourse is publish this review. Because frankly, the young kids had more respect for their customer than the...
