The first time I went, the lady at the register asked if I'd like for her to explain anything on the menu. I said 'sure, couldn't hurt' because I had no idea what the cereal stuff was about. This angel proceeded to explain in great detail the entire menu item by item until there was no question about anything on the menu. I mean she went above and beyond and I was just gonna ask her to explain the difference between two drink bases 🥹🥰. The drinks are amazing. There're literally endless options. You can pretty much customize your drink by the ingredient, which is time consuming for those who make them and makes inventory really tricky, so say thank you and smile at those sweet, thoughtful people when your order is complete! And TIP THEM WELL!!! Their Monkey Business rolled ice cream is my favorite in the whole world, and I usually get either a strawberry macha boba tea or the dirty milk boba tea whenever I go. This was my first time going to Milk Jar. I was excited to try rolled ice cream for the first time. Upon walking in, the music was incredibly loud and overwhelming. The girl behind the register was sitting behind the counter on her phone and only stood up once I went up to order. I asked how the rolled ice cream worked and her response was “It’s like a liquid.. that you like pour onto a cold thing..”. Which I could barely hear over the booming music she was playing from her phone over the speakers and over the sound of the blender. I couldn’t hear anything that the girl was asking me about my toppings. I would have written this off as just bad timing if it wasn’t for the ice cream and toppings being so bad. The ice cream tastes watery and ALL of the toppings were very stale. Very disappointing and overwhelming...

Love everything about this place. Been there twice now and always a great visit. I get my usual thai milk tea, may switch it up here some day though. Boba is superb, cooked long enough, have never heard "sorry, we're out", and they have classic and bursting boba cause fam likes bursting and i like classic.

The rolled ice cream is unique for the area. Seen it in vids a lot, but this was the first place i had it. Nice ingredient distribution and mouth feel factor. Tried the matcha ice cream today, very subtle. The free cereal and other toppings is a nice addition. Will probably continue to frequent as long as we're able and place stays open.
