Wow! What else can I say. We visited this location when they were offering a Buy one, get one free, Who Dey, special on all of their subs. The restaurant was obviously not prepared to be swamped all day with hungry Bengals fans. I had tried most of the day to place an online order with no luck. When I tried calling the restaurant, a recording indicated the phones were not working for orders. So, I finally decided to drive to the restaurant and place my order. When I arrived, I managed to snag what looked like one of the last parking spots. I saw exhausted employees out back trying to get a small break. When I entered the restaurant, it was crowded, but the manager got to me within 5 minutes. I told him about my difficulties trying to place my order and he patiently explained and showed me how their system had been overloaded and crashed, phones and all. He then took my order and said it would be about 10 minutes, which I seriously doubted, but the order was up in just over 9 minutes. What a fantastic job! I saw that they had called all of their employees in to help with the "slam" which went on the entire day. I could see everyone was tired, yet no one was complaining. When they called my name for my order, the young man who gave it to me was very polite and even asked me if I needed ketchup, vinegar, and extra napkins. When we got home, there were a few ingredients missing from the sandwiches, but they still tasted great. Based on all I had observed, I didn't have the heart to complain about omissions that were most likely caused by them running out of the items. Like I said, the sandwiches and fries still tasted great. Having worked at fast food many years ago, I know how a "slam" can test your limits, but to have it go all day; these guys are to be commended. I really appreciated the meal I was served and I hope management and ownership appreciates what a great job their employees did for them. The next day on the news, I saw ownership apologizing for how they had underestimated the response to their Who Dey special. Hopefully, they recognize what a great job their Beechmont Ave. location did under such trying conditions. Kudos to...

When going through the epic battle of trying to decide what to eat before you become Hangry is something most people face at least once in their life. Becoming Hangry is a very serious problem not just to the individual, but the people closest to them. Being Hangry in some cases could result fighting/yelling in the car, breakups, eating of gas station food, treating of Gum or mints as actual food.
Please know it's very easy to avoid becoming Hangry because Penn Station is never the wrong choice especially when facing this very serious and life altering event that has changed many peoples lives forever, like Brad...
...Please...don't be like Brad. Do yourself and everyone around you a favor...when in doubt and you gotta eat out, don't freak out. Cuz Penn Stations where it's at, they always got your back and that's a fact....
Also, it's a fact that I personally feel that *by eating Penn Station at least once a week you might see improvement in your Fortnite skills to possibly help you get that "W".
You don't see statements from like this for other restaurants do you?
Exactly.
*If you don't win right away keep eating Penn Station and playing Fortnite. Eventually you might win a game and hopefully it will be at some point in the future, maybe in a galaxy not...
Read more99% of the time the food is excellent. I only wish the app would allow for special instructions. For example I like my food well-done because I like so far away that I do not want my food soggy when I get home. (This location has a drive-thru but your food must be ordered already.)
For the most part the employees are nice and respectful. Sometimes, though there is one employee that is always rude. I don't think the employee means to be but comes off as such. But then this particular person person works the food is perfect, maybe no correlation but I'll take the attitude with good food vs happy and bad food.
That being said, the food is great, I personally like well-done which they will do, but if you order on the app there is no option. I also like that the bread they use is the right thickness, not so thick that you think you are having a sandwich, but not so think that it will not hold the sandwich together.
My final thoughts, give Penn Station a try and order over the phone, app, and in person. Personally, I like the app but no special instructions...
