TLDR: The food was OK but not great. Sometimes bland. Service was mixed but overall very nice. Location is well styled inside but hidden away in an old shopping center. I probably would not return.

Food: I tried just about everything they had. It wasn't hard because they had maybe 20 items max to choose from excluding desserts. All the chicken such as General Tso and Sesame Chicken were 90% breading. The brown rice and white rice were plain but cooked well. The lo mein was lacking in flavor. As was the egg rolls. What I didn't try was either unappealing or they were out of it. They put out very little of each food at a time. Maybe enough for two to three people.

Service: The assumed owner was at the register. Did not greet me when I walked in, but was ringing a customer up. I was unsure of whether it was self sit or if I needed to wait for a waitress to seat me. Finally a waitress walked into view and waved me to be seated. She was nice and curteous.

Location: It is located in an old shopping center that is 50% vacated. There looked to be several cars in front of the area of parking for the restaurant but apparently they were patronizing an establishment next door as the restaurant was practically dead. The interior was well decorated for a Chinese restaurant in a shopping center. The booths and tables looked new or well cared for. Lighting was good and quiet Chinese music playing in the background. Two flatscreens with the food network of mute. A cheap fishtank with some pretty fish. Plenty of four person booths and a couple tables for larger groups off...

Food is really great! Fresh and hot when you order take out. The problem with the restaurant I believe he is the owner/manager. He lies to you. I went in after I ordered carry out online. I paid for it online then went in to pick it up. This guy argued with me and said I did not pay for them. I showed him the confirmation where it said they may ask you to show them your credit card for verification. When I told him I paid online he kept saying I didn't then came around the counter grabbed the food and put it behind the counter. Made me feel like he thought I was just going to run with it. Then he proceeded to say that a man called in the order and said he told him his sister was coming in to pick it up. That is wrong my brother doesn't live around here and certainly doesn't have access to my phone. So I had food for my family and I had to get it home but I had a delivery I had to do for work so I didn't get to eat. I told him if I did get charged twice I would be going to my bank because he would've been paid twice. The order I received wasn't completely correct. Didn't receive everything. He is going to lose customers the way he treats people. This hasn't been the 1st time. Once he charged us $8.00 for 1/2 pint if gravy and the same thing for sweet and sour sauce. It is a rip off. Every time I go in there the prices increase. Not just once a year like 4-5 times a year. This is a shame because the food...

Stopped in for lunch and no one was there to greet us. There were no customers, we actually thought that they were supposed to be closed and just didn't have their door locked. Finally after a few minutes someone came running in from the back to seat us. He was the only person we saw working. He was very nice and apologetic but it was difficult to understand his English as he took our orders. You could tell he was taking multiple cigarette breaks in between serving us because he would come back smelling strongly of smoke. I ordered some crab puffs and garlic chicken and my sister ordered sesame chicken and he did not write down our orders which made me a little nervous that I wouldn't get the right meal. The crab puffs were good and the garlic chicken looked good and came out piping hot with a good sized portion but as soon as I tasted it, I realized this couldn't be garlic chicken. It tasted sour and just not very good. I only took a few more bites before I quit. Really bummed me out considering the money I spent.

Will...

This place is a GEM. It’s been here forever and I haven’t been since I was a child. I’m not sure why we stopped going but I heard they offer dim sum and a new more authentic menu. I had to try. The place is beautiful inside. We were the first and only customers in there on a Thursday afternoon. I was sad it was so dead. So I ordered a little extra. We tried 4 dim sum dishes, everything was hot and fresh, absolutely delicious. Not many places you can get chicken feet these days! We ordered 3 mains. Spicy pork belly, Szechuan kung pao chicken and spicy pork ribs with chilis. Everything was delicious. Great amount of heat in the food. We eat a lot of Thai food and this was a medium heat to us, it may be too spicy for some so def double check if your meal says spicy. The owner was kind enough to give us spicy mapo tofu to try, it was amazing. Soft tofu in a spicy chili sauce. We left with dinner, snack and lunch tomorrow! Please check this place out, esp if you haven’t been in a long time. The food is so very good

The atmosphere is better than most Chinese restaurants in the area with more of a fine dining feel than a fast food feel. Service, the person who waited on us was as sweet as could be but she was new and forgot to bring us two dishes that I ordered. I had my 11 year old with me and our neighbor who is 7 years old and we all split one dish of Lomaine, which tasted ok, egg rolls, which were not good, crab rangoon, which was ok and teriyaki pork that was not good and then I asked for the check. I reminded our server she never brought us the other food we ordered. The server did comp 2 egg rolls since I expressed they were not good. Also my bill was expensive but with inflation everything is expensive these days.

This was the best Chinese I have ever had. My wife and I ordered off the authentic menu and man the flavors were out of the park. The hostess was very nice and awesome. Will be back and recommend to everyone. Prices are excellent also. 2nd visit 2 weeks later. Not sure what happened. Employees were hovering coming back from the kitchen asking how spicey we wanted it. They didn’t do that first visit. We said same as they always do. Food came out tasting completely different. It was gross. Tasted like soap. Very weird experience. First visit it was 10/10. 2nd was 1/10. Not sure what to think.
