Something is seriously wrong with all the Taco bells around this area. For some reason when it gets close to closing time they always either say that they can't see the person's Uber eats order when a person is picking it up, that they don't have it or that they are out of everything. For instance, last night I go to pick up an order from this location and they tell me they are out of beef, chicken AND beans! LOL! They said they were getting a truck that's coming in overnight or in the morning or something it was either one of those two that the guy said. But it really sounded like to me that they just didn't want to make the food because I had showed up about 7 minutes prior to close. I'm not sure what it is with certain employees, but they get this attitude like they're closing before they actually do clothes and therefore they end up sending away people when they shouldn't be sitting waiting. And here's the thing it's costing people a lot of gas and time and money that's lost. Between the Eastgate location, this location and the Milford it is awful! It makes me wonder if it's the same GM that runs these three locations and what type of employees they have not dislocations because it is terrible terrible terrible! Out of all of the orders that I have had recently to pick up for Taco Bell I have had two successful pickups and that's out of maybe 10! I have lost around $75 in income because of you guys and why does it only seem like people only care unless it's their own money?!
So it's this and now the Milford location too just the night before that tried to act like they didn't know that they aren't open until 3:00 a.m. and instead was shutting things down as of 2:00 a.m. and wouldn't do any orders for an hour! Lol! I mean criminy already! What's the deal? Why do you guys even do take out orders for doordash and Uber eats if you're not willing to the fulfill all of these orders from the time that you are open until the full time that you are closed? Do people not understand what closing time actually means? It's supposed to me that you do NOT close, do NOT stop taking orders and helping customers until the time it says that you have on the door or posted on the site or on Googe, EVERYWHERE!
After I had these issues non-stop as recently I make a call did not just Uber but to talk about. I want to speak to the GM myself from each location and I want to file a complaint with a business bureau so that they are aware of what's happening consistently and it's the consistent part that is the issue! The fact that it's happened to me this many times I can't even imagine how many times it's happening as a whole to everybody else altogether! It seems like some locations have this automatic excuse they come up with that they say like oh we're out of this just because they don't want to make the food because it's close to closing LOL I mean my goodness how lazy can people be?! I get being out of one item but to literally say that you were out of all items and you cannot make anything, ANYTHING on a person's order which there were 15 items, is nuts! The guy didn't even ask me what the order was for. After he said they didn't have anything I had to then read off items to him and ask him do you mean that you do not have this? And he said beans, chicken and also beef. I mean how long have they been out of all of those things for the entire evening? Taco Bell is by far the WORST when it comes to doing any kind of ubereats or doordash etc. every time I accept an order I know that there's a 95% likelihood that I will drive all the way up there just to not get the order and I will not be paid and the customer will not get their food either and neither will Taco Bell now multiply that by all the customers that your employees keep doing this to and see how much money everybody's losing out on!
Today 7/1/24 beechmont Taco Bell was TERRIBLE. It was 1 hour before close and took me over 40 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. They were taking 15 to 20 minutes per car just to serve them. Staff...
Read moreThis used to be a place my boyfriend constantly would want to stop at after we got off work (around 11:30 pm-1:30pm is when we would stop by on occasion).
The night staff isn't very pleasant and they are ALWAYS out of a million things. At one point I was told that before noon they were out of cheese, meat, beans, and tomattos. Essentilly they had lettuce and sauce. And don't be surprised if you get there and they are closed when they shouldn't be. A few times it's been empty and the drive thru was closed for unexplained reasons or you'll find a note on the service window saying someone called off and they had no one to work.
I've been inside twice and wish I hadn't at all.
If you do happen to get food chances are it's got a million problems. You don't get what you pay for here.
My final attempt to have food from here was made about a month or two ago. They messed up our order multiple times, overcharged us and insisted they knew what they were doing and that they were right, and then the food was so salt heavy you could see the thick film of it on the nacho chips to the point it was unedable. Even after only eating two chips it made my mouth hurt from the massive amount of seasoning. We were also the only people getting food there at the time, so they weren't busy or flustered either.
Nothing was ever done about the matter and since then I have refused to eat...
Read moreOk so I had a food credit from a few months back and was totally not ever going back to this location again from a botched order that I didn’t check. Rule #1 with takeout- Check your Order! Different story as I digress. So I thought I’d try it again. Gave the lady my name like the manager said and they couldn’t find me in the system. So she just told me to pull up to the window and they get it straightened out. I explain to her what happened gave her the receipt from a couple months ago and she said that’s OK will take care of it. Do you want the same thing and I said absolutely not. I could never do another one of these again then she asked me what what I’d like, so I said may be a grilled steak burrito and a soft taco trying to come up to what the original bill totaled up to. She asked me if I was sure I said well you could always throw another soft taco in if you’d like she said just pull around and they would get the order together for me so she brought it out and I didn’t catch her name but she was really nice, and then when I got home, not only was everything exact, but she also put a couple other items in there, which I thought was really neat and totally unexpected. I. Are usually don’t eat fast food anymore just cause it’s usually always so bad and the orders are wrong but this case I was glad I gave Taco Bell...
