Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Anderson

Considering not eating here again. I love chicken salad but the service here is subpar. My order has Been filled incorrectly on multiple occasions. One of the sides is missing, or it's a scoop instead of a sandwich, or they left the tomato and let us off when it was specifically asked for. Today was really the last straw. There were multiple staff standing around talking to each other or using their cell phones. There was no one else ordering food inside or through the drive-through and yet my food took twice if not 3 times longer to be made than usual... and I didn't get everything I ordered.

It's really sad. I love chicken salad chicks food but the consistent low standard of service has made me not want to go back...

Paid for order with drinks and then was told drink machine wasn't working. So they said they would have to "refund" the entire order a re ring it without the drinks.

Now both of these orders have cleared my bank and my bank shows no refund processing. Called today 6 days from the date of the transaction and was told I need to give it more time.

I just find it crazy you all would sell drinks before telling people the drink machine is down.

I find it ridiculous that instead of just refunding the drinks in cash you put people's money on hold twice because you have to refund the whole order.

I will not be back here. We just moved to this area from Lexington and the Lexington SC store is...

The customer service here is consistently terrible. I asked about the trio and was rudely told they don’t offer it anymore. Then I asked for the spicy pimento cheese, and once again, they were “out.” This happens all the time—they’re always conveniently out of items. It was only 1:30 on a Monday… why not prepare more? On top of that, Amber was extremely rude, gave me a drink that was all ice, and didn’t even provide silverware. Management really needs to teach their staff some basic customer...
