Alright listen. The food here that I got for take out here was actually pretty good. The cooks did a good job. HOWEVER I got some major COMMUNICATION issues with this place. The portions I got for my meal were SO SMALL for takeout, I don’t know why. Sakura has way bigger portions, and I pay less at Sakura.. Another issue I had was how you guys snuck a hidden charge for a cup of ice. At least TELL ME I’m paying for a cup of ice instead of just letting me order it, cause I wouldn’t have regardless. Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi and arrived way over cooked and smelled bad. The seafood tasted old and defrosted from frozen. Barely any flavor or sauce. Rice was terrible. Fried breaded vegetables arrived wet. More expensive and worse quality than sakura. Don't eat here. Go to Sakura. Their food is actually fresh.

I eat multiple times a month. Excellent staff never had a problem with food always done when I get there. Truly a pleasure once a week to visit. Never have I been rude to or had any issues whatsoever. Food is great. You get exactly what you pay for not expecting five star food for $11. Even so, it’s just...
