This was my first time trying out this place and enjoyed it for the most part. The fist thing that I notice right off the bat was how warm it was in the restaurant (didn’t know if that is something they do so the food doesn’t get cold as fast or what but it was definitely a little toasty) the restaurant was very clean along with the restrooms. One thing that was a little annoying was the numbers being called out and a voice saying TAKE YOUR MEAL (this seafood restaurant you order and pay for your meal before sitting down, how you would do at a fast food restaurant is the best way to describe it) The food in my opinion was FANTASTIC!! 🤩Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in that category! I got the snow crab 🦀 seafood boil with potatoe 🥔, corn 🌽 and mild garlic butter seasoning. The temperature of the food was perfect and the trays with our food also came with gloves, hand wipes and a seafood bib. The wait was not long at all and I was very pleased with the service! We will definitely be going back! 👍🏼 ✅ Note that they do have shell crackers to break your shells to your crab legs you just have to ask.

A 1 star is a reach!!! So let’s start with walking into the restaurant…it’s clean! I’ll give them that. But wasn’t greeted when walking in! Not sure what type of seafood restaurant you order first, sit down, get your own food, oh and clean your own table!! When spending that kind of money, I’d expect better service. Now onto the food…plastic forks, paper plates, paper cups. No crab leg crackers (fiance had to use her teeth n a plastic fork), food very under seasoned, underwhelming, and absolutely unappealing! The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery! The sauces didn’t have any type of flavor! The eggs were green and overcooked!! The rice was overcooked to the point it had no texture and didn’t even need to chew it!! About a hour after eating, my fiancé and I was both sick! Wouldn’t waste my time or money going there again. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️

It was consistently busy , and under staffed this is week two. I don’t think they had prepared for a busy opening in a small building. The quality of food doesn’t match the price, but it a slump it beats driving to Greenville . The man at the register wasn’t as accommodating as the other two staff I interacted with ( the ice machine was out of ice). We as usual ordered multiple items to try , seafood bag for two and wings with sweet potato fries

We got excited about this place. Being its new in town and several days we had contemplated going. We finally went and although my boyfriend's flounder was really good. My food really needed some improvement. The "sausage" really Kielbasa was actually very good and so was the shrimp. The shrimp are deveined but the shell and tail still on. The problem was I got the 4 blue crabs that were part of a special and were missing all the front claws but 1 on 1 of them. Not only that But everything was too spicy. After explaining to the staff member it being too spicy that i couldnt eat it, I had went to wash my mouth and chin with soap and water. When I placed the order I asked for no spice and even asked for light garlic and butter sauce I also asked could I just have it with plain and was told no. When he asked for spice I said none, which my boyfriend knows my issues and even confirmed. The attitude that came from the guy behind the counter was hostile and not professional. He doesn't know what the cook may have put in but he said he tasted it, meaning my plate. His opinion shouldn't matter as my health issues should. He blamed the 7 missing claws on it not being blue crab season and I responded that it should been said and instead of being apologetic he continued to berate me saying he didn't force me to pick that item it's not his fault, on two to three occasions..and then threatened to use other customers opinions of my food against me.

I've been home 30 minutes and my mouth still burns. I paid 33 dollars..had given them a small tip since this place requires you to place order and come get your food and clean up your own mess. Not knowing what we were getting it was what we chose. I'm very disappointed as we looked forward to coming here. I also didn't want a "fried" option but after he stopped being defensive and overting me in a ridiculing manner I got refunded and got the fried fish that my boyfriend had gotten. Just unnecessary and not...

Went for the first time yesterday hoping for a new good restaurant in town. Initially, I had a lot to say but waited a day to do so. The restaurant was clean but the bathroom area had a strong sewage smell to it. Most of the employees were sitting down playing on their phones. My wife and I ordered the fried seafood combo with 2 sides. I went to wash my hands and came back to the counter wanting to change my fries to potato salad. They said they can’t do that. No changes once you order. Then, this intercom blasted out a number and said “TAKE THE MEAL!”. Seemed kinda harsh to me. Anyway, the fried seafood was bland but fried well overall. However, they gave me catfish instead of flounder that I ordered. I went back to the counter with my receipt and 2 guys behind the counter argued with me that it wasn’t catfish and was flounder. I couldn’t convince them otherwise and told them “I guess the customer is wrong then”. I’ve been eating seafood in the south here for over 50 years. I kinda know what flounder and catfish taste and look like. All of the sides (fries, okra, onion rings, and hush puppies) were right off the frozen food truck too. No love there. $5.00 for ten frozen hush puppies. Plus, I asked for them first as an appetizer but was denied. We...
