They have the best fast food in the world and there is no question about it. I may miss the peanut oil fries from the 90's, but I'm okay with how they are today if everybody can enjoy waffle fries.
As I've tried to pull- back from the fried stuff, the grilled options and salads are fantastic. You can't beat sweet tea with light ice (sensitive teeth but also more drink), and Zesty Apple Cider Vinegarette on a Cobb Salad. That or a Grilled Wrap with Avacado Lime Ranch is an incredible lunch. The seasonal food I very much miss is the Grilled Chicken Lemon Kale Caesar salad sold on 2021. I'd love to see it return.
My only criticism of this franchise is related to employee treatment concerns that simply mirror my concerns for other franchises as well. Everyone is always scrambling and frantic in the kitchen and it is a little frustrating to watch when the employees are putting on legitimate smiles to provide excellent service. Having worked in food service I understand that rushes are the crazy time of the day, but the stress on employees should be reasonable. The service is great as it has been for decades, I just hope the employees are valued for who they are and not what they do. I won't be the judge of that ultimately.

Read moreOn Saturday, January 26, 2019 I went by CFA on Hwy 81 on my way to work, ordered the minis. When I got to work, I opened the bag and found chicken biscuit instead. I called the restaurant an spoke with Chris (one of the managers) and explained to him what happened. He found my order via order #. I wasn't able to go back since I was at work and he offered to have it brought to me - of course I accepted, that's customer service going above and beyond. Matt came to my location, I checked the bag before he left. It was another chicken biscuit. I explained to him that I ordered minis. He understood and came back with my minis, and a refund. I wasn't expecting or asking for a refund, delivery was satisfaction to me. I work in the health field so I get how important it is to make sure your customer/patient is satisfied. Read moreMy last visit to this location didn't go as well as Chic fil A visits usually do. The first time through I was given someone else's order. I didn't realize at first but after a few minutes I did, so I turned around to have it fixed. The next time through everything was rught except they gave me fries with the kids meal instead of fruit. I didnt have time to go through the drive thru again, so I left and decided I would call to tell them about my experience later. After telling one of the managers about my experience, she happily offered to deliver the correct order to my house. I had already eaten so I told her I would accept that another day.
