BIZARRE and frustrating visit. Cashier is chatting away with a man in front of me about personal stuff. This girl goes on and on for 2-3minutes. He finally orders. They keep talking for another minute or two. How can people be so oblivious unless they're just inconsiderate. Meanwhile the guy working the drive thru is holding a baby in a diaper. This is 75minutes before closing time. I love babies and friends/family chitchat but this is a very strange way to run a Starbucks. My advice is that if you're a friend of the staff and have all the time in the world, come hang out, talk, bring your kids and even your dogs ...otherwise, go elsewhere for prompt...

The older guy working bar 5/27 around 1:15pm yelled at me twice through the drive through window?? I was getting a coffee in my reusable mug and dumped the two drops of coffee at the bottom of my mug out my car window onto the ground - because I thought it might be gross for the barista filling up my mug - and he started yelling, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING??" at me. The girl at the drive through was very sweet and apologized after he yelled the second time but it was so weird?
