HAIR IN PIZZA! I am a frequent customer (avg order is $85). This pickup order was on Saturday 2/15. I opened the first pizza box and noticed long curly black hairs on multiple slices. Then, I noticed it on the 2nd pizza as well; I didn't go any further at that point. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone was rude and told me to bring them back (15 mins each way = 1 hour of time wasted between pickup and return trips). If I was the manager, I would have sent the delivery driver to pick them up.
When I walked in the store with 5 pizza boxes, I think it was pretty clear I was returning food and should have been dealt with immediately. However, the 2 workers looked at me and told me to wait. I noticed one of the workers was a female with long black hair making the pizzas (mystery solved) - no net or any hair device as required by the Health Department. 10 mins later and a male worker walked in, I told him the situation and he immediately denied it. He claimed to be the one who put the toppings on my pizzas (he barely had any hair) and said "I don't know how hair could have gotten in your pizza." If the hair wasn't from her or her head, then where did it come from - DISGUSTING! I told him I want a refund (I returned all 5 pizzas uneaten) and he stated he already issued a refund to my account. He never apologized - all he did was argue with me. He claimed to be a manager - talk about terrible leadership and upside down customer relations...
UPDATE 3/3 (Monday): 16 days later, still no refund. I called the store yet again and spoke to an assistant manager, she stated the owner does not give her access to issue refunds and he would not be in the store until Wednesday. She is leaving a note for him - again, terrible business practice. If I was her, I would have immediately called the owner/GM and had this fixed now - not 2 days later (which will likely be a deadend again).
STAY AWAY... I've been more than patient waiting for them to refund me (not even looking for any compesation for the inconvenience, lost time, ruined dinner, disrespect, etc.). However, considering how poorly this has been handled and most importantly, no responsibility/accountability - I will be filing a report with the BBB and health department.
I woudn't be posting this publicly but consumers deserve to be informed, since they clearly will not be changing their procedures to prevent this...
Read moreSo my girlfriend orders from here used to be regularly. She has alpha gale which is a serious allergy to red meat. She orders a simple pizza just crust sauce onions and peppers and still needs to do the rest at home. She places her order online then calls to verify her allergy and no cross contamination. Pretty simple right? Nope they never answer a phone for an hour of calling to be answered and immediately hung up on. So she drove there finally to be told "the only person working does not speak english" mind you this is not the first time it's been like this for months. Corporate will be contacted this place is a joke. Order is never correct even when they do answer. Save yourself and order elsewhere.

Idk who the delivery driver was tonight. However she took over and ran practically the whole business for this owner who is as my research shows still holding out on an active case from 2022 for 8 fair employment violations. She was great and tried to make it right under stress. Unfortunately the first time it did not work out, but no points against her 2.5 hours from initially order still does not have that order. She deserves a raise and to run this company as she is still trying to make it right. This owner needs to be shut down. Read moreSomeone in my family ordered the food online but our wait time was going to be around 35-40 minutes, which is a bit ridiculous but it’s whatever. I get my food, and the guy forgot to give me my three marinara sauces, one of which I paid extra for. Upon inspecting the boxes I received when I got to my car, I noticed that I got something that looked like tater tots with a bunch of cheese thrown on top.
I went back inside to ask the guy to double check that it was what I ordered, and he told me that that is how the speciality sweet bbq bacon wings come, to which I said fine because this is my first time ordering it. I get home, and my mom tried it and it was spicy, which is not what I ordered. If the guy that helped me told me that what I ordered were bbq wings, then why does it taste like Buffalo? As someone who works in the food industry, the wings I received were not bbq. They most definitely tasted like buffalo. It wasn’t even worth the drive to tell them that I received the wrong item.
Along with that, the pizza I received looked like one I would get when I was in line for school lunch. The slice I ate was falling apart and was a bit difficult to take apart from the pie.
