Dunkin' — Restaurant in Andover

Busy place, large, great for short meeting up, free WiFi. My black coffee is always perfect. I ordered coffee coolatta's often and its so made excellent, when not too busy if busy not good and I pay lot $ for those. While donuts, muffins, sandwiches etc always made well, taste fresh, I no longer eat inside nice but hard to carry my order, Mostly staff drops it and runs to next customer so I cant ask for assistance. I try get to table myself and and drop once and embarrassed to eat inside ever since. They wont refund for dropped even if they didnt put lid on. I do take out,here and there.

Accessibility: Fully Accessible, including rest rooms and an easy door button. I tend to not frequent this location alone some Customers and Staff seem very inpatient Due to my having slow decision skills, wheelchair. S.D. ???... I noticed other W/C user alone at busy time was treated similar so I like Dunks overall but not this location. But its a large Dunks its a great meeting up place. Free WiFi. I'm sorry but this is the single worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Not that I wouldn't rather support a local business but they are at least convenient. Now the employees of this store are not up to the standards of any retail convenient fast food place on the planet. Not one single time that I've been to this location has it been a positive experience including today. This mornings adventure put me over the edge. I do not need to hear Spanish swears directed at me about my conversation with another employee. Not only is this unprofessional, but also ignorant to think I can't understand what they are saying solely because its another language. This place is extremely disorganized and unbelievably dysfunctional!!! Walked in to get a large cup of hot black coffee and was told that I have to wait until all the 20 call in customers have been taken care of and this is after I have waited for 10 additional call ins to go before me. Just UNBELIEVABLE! It’s like being told, “we know you walked in to get a cup of coffee but we have 30 cars in line at our drive through and we need to take care of them first.”

Dunkin doesn’t understand common sense. Perhaps it’s not that common for them to think things through properly.

There are 3 other coffee shops right around the corner from Dunkin in Andover. I will be giving them my business...
