Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Andrews

We live Out of town and my wife went by to pick up something for us to eat, the day before or two days before we tried to order pickles at the window and we're told they don't do it anymore. She went and was able to order pickles today and this is what we got. I understand that we don't have a huge knowledgeable workforce anymore and customer service doesn't really mean anything anymore to anybody but at least a good old college try would be nice to see. We are now questioning whether we should go back (this is instance #5 of this). On a side note the meat wasn't too bad. We were overcharged $2 the other day and I understand it could have possibly be an honest mistake but instead of requesting the $2 back we gave it as a tip to the one who messed up our order. A little bit of pride in a person's work would...

Yes. Please teach the Andrews, TX employees how to properly compose a Chicken Caesar Salad (it's not a chicken salad with a few leafs of lettuce tossed in). Teach the Andrews, TX employees that Fried Onion Tanglers are NOT Soggy Onion Clumps. I hope you don't pay these people more than minimum wage... Because the quality they put out tonight does not deserve more than that. We had two salads and they could not have looked more different. The portions were wrong, the difference in amount of tanglers was enormous. No dressing was provided, we had to ask. I'm appalled at the service here. I would like to come back but I'm afraid I will not be spending my money in this...

Everything was really good. From the money we went in and stood in a long line that went by pretty fast. Our food was hot and served pretty fast. Fresh bread! They made sure we got some fresh battery bread. Our plates were just awesome. Service from everysingle employee we came across. That place was packed and we had a fast a great service in every aspect. We were there because it was the 1st time my 15 yr old boy was having Dickeys!!! And He was amazed. How I mentioned, the place was packed with the after church Sunday crowed, we were pretty much the last ones to leave and in no time they had that place all cleaned up once all the crowed was gone. Awesome work...
