McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Andrews

The absolute with a doubt worst service and experience I have ever had in my entire life of eating at restaurants or fast food of any kind. And I am 37 years old. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup with the memphian sand which and a lemonade tea. I got it to eat in the restaurant and I am not exaggerating when I tell you I waited over an hour. In fact I am still waiting as I write this. They have given me my soup finally 5 minutes ago. I am not sure what they are doing but this is the first time I have ever ate at McCalisters in my life and it will be the very last I promise you that. Unbelievable how bad this was. I went up to the counter after about 40 minutes and they hadn’t even started making my sandwich. Okay she just brought me my sandwich out and it looks terrible. My god this is the worst eating experience of my life and it’s the worst I can even imagine. If I could give the negative stars I certainly would. Tonight 5/15/2018 We placed our order online at 7:23pm was told the order would be ready 8:40pm. Over an hour which was okay I suppose. 3 kids meals and 2 regular adult meals. Would take over an hour to prepare. Which sounds unlikely. But what could I do I already paid for it. Well I show up at 9:17. Yes I was late after closing. Trying to calm down 3 kids so I could go get the food. Well I show up and was told that our food was thrown away in the trash because it was after closing time and that’s what the new manager was taught. The GM came and gave me 3 free meal cards due to them throwing away our order but almost let me leave without my refund. Although she made it right I am very dissatisfied because we should’ve been called considering our phone number was submitted within the order. Sadly due to lack of options in this town we regularly eat at this location which is thee worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a McAllisters! I’m not sure how these people get a job when they can’t even check the order to make sure they aren’t forgetting things which is always!! make a special request and of course they don’t come through! You wait ridiculous amounts of time even when there’s not a crowd! I’ve had the managers bag my order and still it was wrong... THE MANAGER can’t even read the order screens either apparently! This location needs serious help! Don’t even use the restrooms they look as though they’ve never been cleaned before! Customer service is terrible here! I’ve currently been waiting over 15 min for a Togo order that has 2 sandwiches meanwhile a man that ordered long after me has his food however it was wrong!
