So weâve been coming to this bakery a little more than a year⊠but after today not any more! I donât know what happened today but the bread wasnât the same we place an order for 60 bread rolls âBolillosâ and they were perfect then we went for 30 more the next day! One of the cashiers said they did had them and bagged them I honestly didnât see them until we got home and of course they were horrible! I understand the bread sometimes come out different but this time it look like someone didnât follow the recipe, so we take them back hoping they would fix the problem but the cashiers obviously donât have the courtesy and the experience of customer service! Please understand that thanks to the customers you have a Business and JOB! They could have fix the problem by saying that they will have the 30 bread rolls the next day because they knew we needed them for the next day, but instead one of the cashiers said that they had to speak to the manager and went to the back and came back with an attitude saying that itâll be the first and last time that theyâll refund my money please understand that we really didnât want our money back we just wanted our rolls but they refunded my money back! Clearly they donât have the understand of a business!    Read moreI went in on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered a birthday cake for my Momâs Birthday. I told her exactly what I wanted, even anything to do with bingo on it. She quoted me all of the charges for a total of $60. I went on and paid for it at that time. 3 1/2 hours prior to my time to pick up the cake, I received a phone call saying it was going to be an extra $25 to put something about bingo on there. I explained to the lady that I had already paid and had been quoted a price for everything. She said it was still another $25 if I wanted the cake. I explained to her that small town communities do not do that to each other. When you are quoted a price and you have it in writing, it is an agreement. And to wait 3 1/2 hours prior to my arrival to pick it up change the price?? Not a good business. I told the lady that I was going to leave a Google review about this and she said OK.    Read moreI tried to contact this business for over 30 minutes to get a quote for my daughterâs birthday cake and when they finally did pick up the phone no one said a word. I sat on the phone for around 3 minutes before hanging up. No one said a word. If youâre busy I understand but at least when you answer the phone say âHey, thank you for calling Iâll be right with you. Do you mind if I put you on holdâ or something. Donât just answer the phone and not say anything. Thatâs extremely rude and very poor customer service. Also by just leaving the phone off the hook like that you are preventing other customers from calling you and losing business. Very disappointed in this business. I had high hopes since this was our first time attempting to contact them. But it will definitely be the last time we ever try to use them and anyone who asks and wants to know Iâll tell them how poor the customer service is at this place.
