Monday, July 1st. We got there kind of late, almost 9:00 pm. Only two or three employees on duty. Counter register was shut down. Dining room drink fountain also shut down. The gentleman who took our order was courteous and seemed organized. He wrote our order down and rang it up through the drive-thru register. Our meal was ready in a reasonable time and was only missing two things from the tray. A side of cheese in a cup, which ended up being on the serving counter where the kitchen places the food to be served, and a fork for the loaded fries. Another two couples came in after us and seemed to have a similar experience. The counter employee did make a couple of rounds to see if anyone needed a refill or anything else. Read moreWe ordered quite a bit of food, too much to list; however, I'll mention the buffalo sliders. I have one grandson that loves those things, but hates ranch dressing (which comes on them). Got home, and discovered ranch had not been cut. So... why the five stars? Returned with items, and explained the situation. They replaced the items no questions asked, and let me keep the ones with ranch (didn't even ask to see them). ...very apologetic, but hey, we're only human. No apology necessary. Read moreI usually love arby’s and have a good experience at this Arby’s. Not this time. The employee was extremely rude. I went to Arby’s because I had coupons and looked at them earlier. Once we got to the window I realized the coupons were in my other car. The guy could’ve been nice and said we cannot honor the coupon without it present. Instead he was totally rude and shrugged his shoulders at us, ran the card anyway without telling us the new total, and gave a sarcastic thank you when handing us the bag.
