Well, it's been a while since I ordered from this pizza hut. I know I have to get something here in the future if I want to get everything I paid for. Please allow me to explain. I ordered two pizzas via the app, a large thin and crispy and a meat lover's pan. When I opened the thin crust box, the pizza was "disheveled" to say the least. And, when I grabbed the edge of one piece and picked it up, it pointed to the ground. Definitely not crispy. I called the store to let them know what condition the pizza was in, and was given the choice of having a replacement sent, or a credit in the system. (Note that I paid CASH for this order, so they have my money, I can't contact the bank to have the charge challenged) Then when the manager told me that they were having "humidity problems" that causes the pizzas to not be as crispy as usual. I asked her something like, so that means the pizza that they were going to send as a replacement was also going to be poor quality. I asked about this, and she said that she could slide it back in the oven but that would risk the toppings burning. So, I told her to credit my account (I may never claim it) and I said that I would get a proper pizza from Marco's. I know, you're asking at this point "why did you order from the Hut in the first place?" I have a guest that prefers them, and I'm trying to be a good host. I stood outside waiting at the end of my trailer as I specified as soon as I received the message that it was on its way. If pizza is going to be an hour late, why isn't there a proactive call by the store to the customer to offer an explanation?! Why do I have to call Colorado and have them relay an "urgent message" to the manager to get an explanation?
