Wendy's — Restaurant in Angleton

DON'T EAT HERE! My experience was awful and hate I didn't take pictures! On April 28th between 1:30-2pm I went through the drive-thru and ordered the biggie bag meal. Paid, got the food and left. Started eating my fries, got down the road and got my sandwich. I noticed that the sandwich wrapping was ripped on the side. Thinking nothing of it, I started eating my sandwich, took 2 bites before I realized there was mold on the bottom bun. Yuck! They must have given me the other ladies sandwich that had mold on it. I was furious! I couldn't get back there quick enough. I told the girl at the window what the problem was, gave her the bag,(making sure I put the sandwich in the bag so she could see the mold) she immediately threw the bag in the trash with disgust. They were going to prepare more food but I told her no more food and give me my money back. I will never go back to this location again and I see why there's hardly ever any cars there. I have since reported this to Wendy's corporation and will report...

Wendy’s location in Angleton is awful. I’ve tried it three times since it opened and every time has been the worst. Slow to nonexistent service from unprofessional employees, food is cold and burgers taste old as if they were made hours beforehand. I tried giving them another chance tonight and trust, this was the last chance. Went at 6:30 pm - lobby door was locked. No sign indicating why they were closed. Tried to go through the drive thru and get told to hold on. After about five minutes, the kid comes over the speaker and says his system is down and is unable to take any orders. I suppose doing it the old fashioned way isn’t possible? I suspect they pull this stunt regularly as the Angleton location rarely has customers during the evening while surrounding restaurants are busy. Do yourself a favor, go to the Lake Jackson location. Service is fast, food is hot and tasty and they’re actually open during normal...

2.28.21... TERRIBLE... ordered ahead of time using app. Got to window got our coke.. pulled forward to wait on food. Lady in window said fresh food.. ok no problem. After a few min we got our order.. everything was there... drove across the street.. to our next stop and to eat before we go in. The fries were fresh and hot. The breakfast sandwiches...not at all. Wife ordered sausage biscuit I ordered honey butter chicken biscuit. Both biscuits were COLD. Her sausage was almost warm as was my chicken. Employees were friendly and fries were fresh.. but other than that...
