Went through the drive thru the other day...service was fine. Although I'm at a loss as to why it seems like every drive thru I use I inevitably get asked to "pull forward" as I have to wait for something. (I feel this is an excuse for the employees to improve their serve times, as they are essentially getting me off the timer. And to me that seems awfully akin to lying to their corporate.) Anyway, I digress. The food was okay. Pecan chicken salad seemed a bit slim on the salad and was a bit overwhelmed by the bread. But what was there was tasty. My issue, and the reason they only deserve 2 stars for my latest visit is because I ordered for 2. Two meals (2 sandwhiches, a Lg curly, a Md onion ring) along with an additional side (8 pc jalepeños) with 2 dipping sauces, 4 packets of horsey sauce...all crammed into ONE bag. Can you guess where this is heading? Get home, unload from the truck, bag splits down the side, and everyone's food is now all on the dirt driveway. What we actually got to eat was okay...the rest was a total loss. (Except for the dog, he had a great time eating the dirt covered sides.) All because I'm assuming that after spending over $21 for 2 people to buy the food from this establishment someone was either too lazy or too cheap to divide things into 2 bags to avoid the catastrophe of losing our meals. Very disappointing. And it should have been rather obvious...
Read moreLet’s talk about costumer service, or lack there of. After a simple drive through order of a meal, 5 sliders, a large curly fry, and a large jalapeño bite. When we got to the window after taking our card Trey asked what our order was. Then after asking if our large curly fry was in the bag that we always had he said they didn’t have them ready. It gets good here…. After looking in the bag and realizing that there were only 3 of the 5 there my wife walked into the store. It was at this point she was heated with hostility, Trey told her he didn’t like her attitude when she pointed out they did not in fact have our order correct. Then the “manager” put her hands on Trey’s shoulders to hold him back. So we are clear my wife is 5’2” so has I actually walked in the store I believe Trey would have been a little more respectful. When asking for a refund they didn’t even refund the full amount because “she did not order 5 sliders”. Except bank records don’t lie and I would like all of my money that is owed. This will be...
Read moreLet me tell you how much of a scam this Arby’s location is. Been going here for years, mostly during happy hour, well they decided to randomly stop doing that despite the fact that every other Arby’s I’ve been to has happy hour. Whatever I can get past that, I’ll pay an extra dollar because I think there good. Today, they threw my another curveball and told me that I couldn’t order my drink without ice because it company policy. Its company policy to fill my cup up to the rim with ice and barely get anything to drink? It’s my money that I’m spending for something and you’re telling me I can’t get an already cold drink without ice? Yeah last time I ever go there again, and I recommend you don’t either, the managers just make crap up on the spot, plenty of better places in town to go than to waste your time...
