My husband and I miss the old manager here. She took her job seriously, my husband always orders a #6 he always tells them no tomato due to being highly allergic, she would have her crew wash their hands and put a new set of gloves on because that is the policy when you have someone highly allergic to something. Well, last night on 12/21/2023 they did not follow that policy at all, the crew there now don't give a damn about their customers, they just rush to get you out which is horrible customer service and food safety practices. My self ordered a soft taco, no lettuce. Well, this is what I get. I have thought about applying to being a GM at this location because I know damn well I would take my job a lot more seriously than the ones in there now. I would hold every employee accountable and make sure they get the proper training they need. The last several times we have gone to this location has been a huge disappointment. They don't even keep the line clean also so nasty in this taco bell. I don't even think they are food safe certified in there, which they should be. I wish I knew the other managers name. Any time past 4pm, expect to wait forever for your food. They must have the smallest skeleton crew, because it takes forever to get food. I once waited in line with only 4 cars, and it took 20 min to get my food.
Often, the tacos are filled with 1oz of meat, tons of lettuce, and probably pinch of cheese. I recently purchased a triple crunch and it was so meager that I thought it was just the wrap and shells with some lettuce and cheese. Whoever runs this place must be telling everyone to skimp on everything but lettuce to save major cash.
My orders are often incorrect. My friends and I often have small, specialty orders like no sour cream or tomatoes. Guess what? Those orders are often incorrect. Hell, I could order plain food , and I would still get an incorrect order.

Read moreIt was so bad, I want to give this place a zero. Called ahead to make sure the place was open as I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes with gas at $4.49/gal if they weren’t. They confirmed they were and also confirmed I had plenty of time because they didn’t close for another 2 hours. Arrived and the line was very long, no big deal, I’ll wait. At 3 cars ahead of me, they started telling people “we can only take DoorDash or mobile orders right now”. Okay. So I tried to put in a mobile order. Placed it and waited. Went to the speaker and was told “Oh we don't have any mobile orders.” I tried to explain that I’d placed it a few minutes ago. Nope, they didn’t have it. Triple checked I ordered from the correct location.. yep I did. Started feeling like something was up so I parked in the lot. And yep.. they wanted to close early claiming “short staffing” so that’s what they did. At least 15 cars were turned away and they closed an hour and a half before the normal time.
