I have not only eaten here a number of times but have worked here. Seems to me what most of these reviews do not understand is 75% of what you purchase at KFC is hand breaded, which yes takes time. That 30-45 minute wait is not someone singling you out and being rude, that is genuinely the amount of time it takes. Kfc should not be considered fast food because it's very hands on and not time efficient enough for fast food. I understand wanting good customer service, but it also should be returned by being a good customer. The box not only distorts what we say but also what you say. No one should be disrespected customer or staff. And just because the customer is "always right" doesn't give a customer the excuse to be disrespectful. I know first hand the managers at Angola kfc are more than willing to make an order right, and Apologize. Brandon and Craig are both amazing managers and even better people, would it change your attitude to know that they both work 13, 14, 15 hour days? Or that sometimes there are only 2 people working a shift and they've both worked multiple days in a row?    Read moreOur experience at this restaurant today was absolutely horrendous! I was taking my husband out to eat for his birthday (this is where he requested to go to eat). We went inside to order & dine in. We waited at least 10 minutes & no one would take our orderâŚno one was working at the inside order counter! I tried numerous attempts to get the attention of a couple of workers that were behind the order counter preparing food, but no one would acknowledge us. I kept saying excuse me, could someone please take our orderâŚfinally the manager poked his head out & loudly yelled at usâŚhe said âwe are very busy, weâll be out when we can, but itâs going to be quite awhile. I have no idea how long, but itâs going to be a long wait!â I have NEVER experienced a restaurant manager be SO EXTREMELY rude to a customer. There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the entire restaurant, none dining in or waiting in line, so there was no reason for his rudeness & lack of attention to his customers!

My order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 p.m. so I could be home before my husband returned from work. I arrived at 5:02 with my daughter, expecting to simply pick up my food and leave. Instead, I walked in and saw my order sitting on the back counter, already paid for and getting cold. Despite trying multiple times to get someoneâs attention, no one acknowledged us. Meanwhile, car after car was being served through the drive-thru, while we continued to be ignored. I finally was able to leave with my PAID for and made order at 5:25
Something needs to change in your restaurants if you expect KFC to succeed with todayâs customers. I have already stopped going to the Bryan KFC, and after this visit, I feel it may be my last time coming to yours as well.
I donât know how you plan to regain what has been lost, but itâs clear that genuine customer service and connection with people are badly missing. Until that changes, no coupon or free meal will fix...
