A great Casey’s and in a new convenient place (hence the name convenience store) Quite clean with a huge drink selection both self serve and bottled. I only take off one star because I went there while back and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. After maybe 20 minutes, a sweet older lady came out from behind the counter and commented on me being here for a while. I told her “Oh just waiting for my burger” She went back there and something had been made although it was a bacon cheeseburger PIZZA. A simple misunderstanding followed by more amazing customer service by this wonderful lady made up for the mistake. I guess just specify if you want the burger or the specialty pizza. Also off the topic of the review but the old Casey’s logo was...
Read moreId like to give a big shout out to the Casey's kitchen staff on 1st and Delaware Saturday night. Casey's was running a 40% off any size pizza, which was an amazing deal. Obviously allot of other Ankeny residents thoughts so and the poor kitchen staff was slammed with orders all night. Even with a fully staffed kitchen you can only cook so many pizzas at a time and things ran a little behind. It happens. But I thought the staff did an amazing job trying to keep up. Hustling all night. Everyone was calm and collected and was super kind to not only each other but people waiting. Thank you to how hard you all worked, our pizza and wings were hot and fresh, perfectly cooked and even better there were no...
Read moreI used to love Casey's. Even though their stores were small and had limited selection; their BBQ pizza, Taco pizza, and donuts made up for it. If this is the new model for Casey's, I am done with them. The soda fountain is populated with Casey's brand soda and very little else, no more BBQ pizza, wraps and sandwiches aren't worth the money (stuffed with ingredients to one side to look like their full). I also agree with a previous comment that the staff needs training on customer service and general interaction with the public at this location. With Kum and Go across the street, they need to step it up. Better food and selection by turning the opposite direction at...
