This review is for the customers who complain without knowing what goes on behind the counter tops. A. When your online order doesn't arrive by the time you scheduled it to it means they are LOW STAFFED. B. When the drive thru says inshop only it means they are low on staff AND ingredients and can't afford lots of drive thru orders. C. If you write a bad review based on inshop wait times it most likely means that they are running low on ingredients. They only have ONE produce slicer. I understand you know the slogan "freaky fresh, freaky fast" but they are humans not robots. Have a little bit of patience they are working as fast as they can. D. As a fellow jj customer I understand you are hungry but don't get mad at the people who literally make your food. They are doing their best to provide your food all while having like 2 people working not only inshop but also drive thru while managing produce production, cleanliness of the dining area, cleanliness of the restrooms etc. It's a lot to do while being short staffed and having people yell at them. Well at 1:25 pm my sandwich was not delivered and my lunch was over. I called the manager at store 360, She was rude. She said her staff was busy, they had a lot of orders. I could cancel my order.
