I always like all of zenko drinks. I've never really had a problem with anything. Boba is always a nice chewy consistency and tea is always good. I tried their Biscoff Milk tea which ended up just tasting like milk and boba. There wasn't any biscoff flavor in it and it also didn't taste like their regular black milk tea. It seemed like it was just milk and boba pearls costing over 7$, more than their average drinks. I have never tried any of the special/seasonal drinks and it's disappointing when i do finally try one, it's not that great. I'm not one to ask for refunds or drinks to be remade. Other than the biscoff milk tea, zenko the best to get boba in the central iowa area. It's also nice to watch a small business grow! Good job with all the new locations that have opened up.

Zenko replaced Gossip (not sure what happened) however I love Zenko! <3 It was one of my favorite shops when I lived in Des Moines. They have really good quality pearls. I’ve tried a lot of items on their menu, they have really good milk tea, fruit tea, and dessert options. Today I got the butterfly pea lavender milk tea (caffeine free) and it was both beautiful & delicious. :) + they have a stamp card :D

The drinks I had the first 2 times were wonderful and the service prompt. The next time I went there was a huge line and only one person working. I left. Just this morning, I thought I would give it another chance. I went in and there was one guy with six to 8 drinks ordered ahead of me and only one person working. I left.
