01/02/23 at 7PM The food was fine and place decently clean but there was no atmosphere! I did not feel welcomed and felt like I had to have a good attitude just to uplift the employees working there.
There were two people in front of me when I walked in. The tall girl came up, sat for a second and then walked away, leaving the rest of the line to the girl on the cold section. The girl that made my taco stack was nice enough but described the adobo chicken as "seasoned" which tells me nothing. She did have a better attitude then the rest and more pleasant ordering from.
Note: There are no more mushrooms and no more fresh tomato on the list of ingredients. That's too bad.
The girl in the middle didn't acknowledge me nor did she even prep queso I ordered. She seemed to let the other girl do everything and she announced my order to the guy at the register. I later asked if they had pickled jalapeño and she just looked away without saying anything so I asked if I could have a side and she shook her head yes. When she gave me my food I made sure I smiled at her to see if she would and she looked me right in the eye with a dead pan look, handed me my food and said nothing. I didn't even get "have a good day" or anything from anyone.
The guy that my money at the register did not make me feel good about paying or leaving a tip. He had no face of welcoming and just wanted to know if I was paying with cash or card. Then they offer automatic tip options on the screen of their POS and the second option was a dollar amount not percentage but around 20% meaning the third option was even higher which is way too much for the service they provided me. Here is a thought, show actual percentages and don't try to trick me in leaving a bigger tip.
Seems like Moe's has lost it's flavor. They seem more interested in turning orders and less interested in making me feel good about visiting. Bring back the atmosphere! You are fast but not a fast food place. If you need inspiration check out a Firehouse subs. I actually enjoy going in there.
If you closed up the line so the only person that could be seen was at the front then you might have a fighting chance. Everyone else made the experience worse. I do not say this lightly. I am a previous employee of Moe's and know what is possible. I am so tired of these places coddling the bad attitudes of these young employees. You need to tell them to step it up and actually enjoy serving others. If you don't help them do their jobs with the right attitude, they will suffer a lifetime. Life is all about service to others so they better figure it out now. I am all about second chances and may go back but this should be taken seriously and the attitude of your employees needs...
Read moreTake a trip with me. To a land, where the roads are paved of Tortilla. The skies carry a red hue after raining down “Who’s kaiser sauce”. An ocean of queso, stretching out as far as the eye can see.
Actually Don’t imagine that, it would smell terrible once the food begins to break down. Now that I have your attention listen to me
This is a great place to hangout with comrades. There are quite a few gems on the menu that I will not share. You must eat from whole menu to discover these qualities. The only difference between a Joey & a Homewrecker is guacamole it helps to know what you had when you are speaking with cashier. Ask for whatever portion of queso while you’re standing in front of the burrito creator. It’s a recipe for disaster ,if it’s busy, when you get to the cashier asking about something that’s back where your burrito was made. I know you’re hungry but stay strong and remember what you came for.
Moe Monday is one of the busy days. There will most likely be a line when you go in there, don’t cry about it like small child, just be patient, food will always be there, it is a Resturant after all.
Taco 🌮 Tuesday is on Thursday. Yes, Thursday’s! Try my personal favorite: shredded pork, queso, pico - not too much queso, and you’re in heaven. I’ll talkin’ knees shakin’ my baby.
Kids eat free on Sundays now
There are some seasonal items. If they tell you it’s seasonal, that doesn’t mean it’s in the back. Don’t be a pompous D-bag and push the issue for some non-existent item.
After consuming some of the beautiful artistry I like to cry in the very last booth in the back of the restaurant. It helps with the...
Read moreGreat food great service great atmosphere and it's literally one of the best like Southwest grill places or you know like it's sort of like Qdoba or Panera is not Panera so we're like Qdoba or Chipotle but still honestly it competes with them like it it might be better than I'm honestly but it's really good and you know I like it's definitely just as good if not better than Chipotle or just as good if not better than Qdoba depending on the location and the manager you know I think that's how those kind of stores go but this particular mode is a very good one and you know also like if you're looking to you know score like the Southwest grill itself doesn't have anything to do with it but you know like in that area you can always get legal marijuana as well so just saying if you're wanting to get some legal marijuana get high and then you know get the munchies and Moe's Southwest grill that's the place to do...
