Panera Bread — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

This was the most disappointing and dissatisfying experience for a Panera establishment. The restaurant was filthy with many staff just meandering around the restaurant. The service was terrible from the point of the cashier to getting our food.No staff smiled or said thank you.... no engagement. They got our order wrong and had to go back twice to get it corrected. Once we got our $39.04 food to the table, proceeded to eat my salad and there was a long hair in the salad. I proceeded to go to the counter and have my meal refunded. One staff said I do not do register, the next girl (who to our order) walked away, then finally Casey the Manager came to refund my money. The manager asked for a receipt (really does it matter, there is a VERY long hair my salad-fyi my hair is short), she refunded the money. Casey the Manager gave a half hearted apology and as I walked away.....the staff proceeded to think it was funny and was laughing. To spend $39.04 on a pick 2 meal, a sandwich and 2 bowls of soup and three drinks is ridiculous to get that kind of service. Panera, you ought to be embarrassed to have people represent your name in...

Revise review: now you still like this place but I went today and they were out of sides and managers was like oh well I'm tough and sent me on my way.

So I called customer care and got a free $10 because he didn't want to give me a free pastry or free cookie nothing so 10 bucks is fine I'm totally cool with that but I had to call customer service to get it so everybody just call and complain on this guy if you don't get your free side you will get a credit on your app.

He said you don't get something free just because we're out of baguette, I said I beg to differ. I asked to speak to the manager he said he is a manager even though I meant the manager not a manager. Exactly as I said too he wasn't on point and he was wrong. Everybody if you're too young to know this if they leave out a side you take that stuff back and you get your money back or they will make it up somehow you don't get to screw somebody over on a meal because you ran out. Means you didn't work hard enough earlier in the day buddy.

Spent an hoyr n the drive thru for an order they claimed was ready. I asked the person behind me if they would back up so I could get out of the drive thru. When I went inside it was impossible to get anyones attention they all pretended to be busy. Finally found a manger, explained my that the tracker said my food was ready and i got there when it was done and how long ive sat in the drive thru without even seeing someone come to to the window to help the car in front of me and that i shouldnt be able to turn my car off in a drive thru or wait that long for an order thats done. She was unphased by it. When i opened the nag to check my food i got a half sandwich instead of a whole one like i ordered and ir was cold soggy and barely even grilled. I tried to call a few times to get a refund or something and they never pick up the phone. The employees look at you like your stupid. I've had better service and food from mcdonald's. Do not go to...
