Subway — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

This subway is run like a machine. Well managed, always clean, hard working staff. The manager, Penny, is always there in the front line work. When the crowd slows down, the staff get out to start cleaning up. Not surprised this place gets busy as the team is consistent at getting people in and out with quality work. There is one senior lady that seems to have trouble at times with the register, but she does most of the basic core register functions (she forgets every time I go in on how to input rewards account info from a phone number). There's no other fast food, but at least this is closer to bring healthy and fast. Wish the prices went back down (like $5 footlongs..nke that's the cost...

Josh white, what you said is not true. Im the one who made the food you ordered ( I dont have long hair btw) and then a hour after I made it you called and wanted a refund and you stated it was your fault that you ordered from the wrong store and wouldnt be able to make it to ann arbor to pick it up. We still have your "soggy subs with long hair in them" that werent picked up if you would like to come get them at your convienance. How can you ask for a refund after the food was already made for you and then go on google and lie out your mouth about the food you didnt even pick up and then to threaten my family and threaten to burn down the store. You sir should be ashamed...

Last time I'm coming here. I ordered Sweet onion teriyaki sub add mayo. There is no mayo on it, has ingredients that I did not order on it and the bread is falling apart.

The employee told me "When you order a bunch of sauce, of course the bread is gonna be soggy and fall apart. If you want better service, go to another location, this is the best we can do."

This is how I opened my sub. This is their service. When I returned to tell them about my wrong order, they didn't offer to remake my sub, they didn't give me any napkins for this massive mess, and I had to ask multiple time for a refund. DO...
