I spend around $70 a week ordering from this location. The past 2 times Iâve done pick-up the people working the counter were extremely rude. Today I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats. There were 2 Hispanic ladies sitting at the front desk when I entered the building. Before leaving I noticed there was only one sauce with the potstickers. I asked if I could possibly have another sauce. One of the ladies turns to the other lady and in Spanish tells her what Iâm asking. The lady then in English tells me I canât have another sauce.. they thought they were slick talking in Spanish to each other. Newsflash⌠people around here can actually speak Spanish! I know.. shocking! I offered to purchase an addition sauce and she tells me that itâs company policy that I canât purchase an additional sauce. I pointed out that you can in fact purchase individual sauces on the Uber Eats app but she still insisted I couldnât purchase a sauce. All I wanted was a tiny garlic soy sauce that maybe costs the company .30. Two weeks ago the Asian man who was working the front desk left out my coleslaw from my bag. I noticed right after I got to my car so I went back inside to ask for it. The man seemed shocked that it had left it out, asking me if I was sure I had ordered it. Then he asked for my receipt which I provided. He handed me my coleslaw and said âGood thing you checked your bag.â I wanted to say âNo itâs a good thing I had me receipt since you think Iâm a criminal trying to get a free coleslaw.â Such awful customer service. The lady refusing to sell me a tiny cup of sauce today was it for me. Iâm done. You couldâve sold me a .30 cup of sauce but now youâll lose a minimum of $70 a week from me. I took my family to Bonchon Annandale, and we absolutely loved it!
Bonchonâs fried chicken is truly a crunch above the rest! Their double-fried magic creates an unbelievably crispy shell that stays crunchy even under their addictive Soy Garlic or Yangnyum sauce. (Yangnyum is super popular in Koreaâslightly spicy but just right!) Juicy inside, shatteringly crisp outsideâevery bite is pure joy. Pair it with pickled radish for the perfect balance.

This evening we ordered boneless chicken and my children refused to eat them because we were served hard batter balls and not chicken. The sauce was barely on the wings unlike other locations.
This isnt an isolated case. This is normal for them in Annandale. $40 for boneless and chicken less "wings."
Please go to the other locations like Springfield or Fairfax if you want GOOD Bonchon. Avoid this location at all cost.
