4.5.....
Based on Food: 5 STARS
So where was 1/2 a star lost?
Bathroom.
But Let's discuss that a little bit later.
FOOD:
AMAZING!
We have visited many hot pot places and this one is definitely in the contention for 1st place.
The meats, noodles, seafood and vegetables looked very fresh.
You definitely must go for the all you can eat.
I wish I could say more but that would spoil the food experience.
Go and try it for yourself. Take your employees to this is a great place for team building or just for treating your employees to this unique experience.
The additional ingredients on the side bar just meet your individual palate preferences.
SERVER:
AM I MAD WITH MYSELF! Our female waiter, from Seoul, was fabulous... She made us feel like she knew us for a long time.
Even a "busgentleman" from Guatemala treated us like family.
LOCATION
Easy to find and tons of parking. With a great looking restaurant and atmosphere.
PRICES
Dang,,,, they are very fair for the quality.
BATHROOMS
Very Clean. Sadly, with COVID around they Are missing one key item, paper towels.
You see, when you go to the bathroom and after you do whatever you need to do you have to wash your hands and they only have a hand blowdryer which is good for the ecological part, but how do you think you open the door?
Sadly enough, you have to grab the door by the handle pull and then you're out but, remember not everybody washes their hand.
So after you have washed your hands and dried your hands now there's no way getting out of the bathroom without you having to grab the door handle And BINGO!!! you have just contaminated your hands.
Half a star taken away for missing this detail.
REMEMBER:
The devil is in the details!
RETURN FACTOR
100% (Hopefully they address the paper towel issue in the bathrooms or put a step door opener)

Read moreTerrible service Not busy at all but offered me a unset table by the door. 2.Took the order but she did not offered any drink. I asked for hot drink they only have hot water so I asked for hot water. 2.Offered me with only one thin napkin to use and never pay attention or asking if I need anything.. 3.Took the order then brought in broth and vege plate still no hot water or no main dishes. 4.Broth started to boiling still no main dishes. And I was hungry so I started to eat vegetables but still no hot water no main dishes. They will only needed to serve raw seafood but taking so long.. so I thought they were using frozen seafood. 5.After 25min I finally asked for my seafood she say why did you not let us know we didn't know that you haven't got your seafood dishes¿¿?? Isn't this their job?? 6.Finally small plate of raw seafood arrived but still no water.. 7.I had to ordered more veges and an extra small cup of rice because of the main dishes arrived so late I ran out of side dishes Then waitress told me that the extra ordered will be charged at the end of the meal so I said fine After gotton my main dishes the hostess came to me and said since you were waiting for the main dishes for a while long we will not charge you extra ordered for it! Then again, the waitress came to me and said we will not charge you for your extra order of vege plate and the rice. Finally I told her can I have my hot water oky??? She says oh ookay They charged me for rice anyway 😆🥺 The food was not that impressive and the service was terrible I felt I wasted my money I got full by eating double veges I left their unhappy! I will recommend Fairfax 99C hot pot over this plce will be far more better service with best...
Read moreThis is a relatively new hotpot place in the K Market shopping plaza. It's unassuming from the outside, but when you step in, there's a good amount of seating and it's clean and well maintained inside. They have AYCE and a la carte options and of course I went with AYCE. Their AYCE menu is pretty similar to others in the area - decent amount of meat and non meat options. When you arrive your broth is already hot which is great. You can choose the flavoring and I picked mala. It's a good mouth numbing spicy even with about 3/4 mixed in. They have a decent sauce bar. You can also choose a house made sauce they deliver to your table, which was good, but I much prefer my own go to - garlic, green onion, sesame sauce/paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and hoisin all stirred up. They also have tongs and cutlery at the sauce bar so make sure you grab what you need.
The staff are friendly but service can be a little slow - that being said, they refilled water and broth unprompted, which was great. The hostess/waitress clearly keeps a sharp eye on patrons and they may be dealing with being understaffed.
So why the 4 stars? I felt the quality of the meat was not where I was hoping for it to be. The fatty brisket could've been fattier and the ribeye smelled/tasted a little weird. The veggies were good and I liked their selection of rice/noodles. The Korean noodles were perfect. Don't be surprised when you order 1 rice cake and you get literally one rice cake lol. I also liked they had smaller servings of steamed rice - left more room for the other goodies. Overall, it's a decent spot with friendly staff and diverse...
