I don’t know where to start, I go in asked for the Batman, 6 garlic knots, and the crazy cheese bread, order comes out to $39 dollars all good. I come back 20 minutes later to pick up my food, i then find out the cashier accidentally charged me 8 instead of 6 ok mistakes happen, then I get my order, as this is happening this tiny store is packed with no control, idrc about that but had to mention. They refund the 2 extra knots and I get my order, half way home I realize they didn’t give me the garlic knots so then I turn around go back and I’m still patient, at this point I’m mad but I’m controlled, ask the lady not the cashier this time if they forgot the garlic knots and she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I said I bought 6 garlic knots and she takes out the butter garlic dipping sauce, and proceeds to say we don’t have garlic knots we have this, I remember asking the cashier for garlic knots not garlic butter sauce, I’ve had enough I just look at her in disappointment and leave. Now I’m here writing this review, I don’t understand how the cashier couldn’t just tell me there were no garlic knots even after I asked him if I was being refunded for the garlic knots when that was happening and he said yes so he didn’t understand me when I said that or just wasn’t paying attention, I don’t understand how this is possible I could provide better service high, littler incompetent people, I haven’t even eaten the food hopefully it’s the saving Grace. I’ve never written a bad review so it takes a lot for...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I've ever had with pizza delivery, and it probably has more to do with DoorDash/Customer Service than it does this particular location.
Long story short, I get a text through DoorDash 20 minutes after ordering that the delivery driver wanted to cancel my order. That's odd. I've never seen that before, so I ask "Why?". 40 minutes later, he says "I have car trouble". Keep in mind, it's now been an hour with my movement on my order. So, I tell him to cancel it. No response.
Unsure about what's going to happen with my order, I call customer service to cancel. Customer service rep tells me to hold. Meanwhile, the site still says I have no driver and that the food is ready to be picked up. CS Rep comes back 5 minutes later and tells me they can't cancel the order because a driver is on his way to pick it up. Basically, they assign a driver while you're waiting on the phone, just so they can tell you they can't cancel and they're sorry. I eventually got my pizza 2.5 HOURS LATER. On top of that, CS tells me a manager will call me back and that still hasn't come.
Find me anyone in the world happy that they have to pay for a pizza that's ice cold because it's been almost 3 hours. Never ordering delivery...
Read moreWorst representation of a Little Caesars I have ever been too. I'm an avid fan of this pizza chain but today made me question how selective I need to be with the stores. Went in for a Hot n' Ready cheese pizza. It's not ready. No big deal I'll wait ten minutes, or so I'm told. Meanwhile two customers come in and walk out with a fresh pizza. Maybe they called ahead? Nope. Someone came in saying they called ahead thirty minutes ago and his wasn't even ready. They bring me my crazy bread separately. Progress? Nope. Because after fifteen minutes they finally put in cheese pizzas and have the nerve to tell me I have to wait longer? Maybe if they weren't hooting and hollering in the back they could be a respectable establishment. They lost my business as well as the gentlemen who called ahead. Either the was special treatment going on or these employees don't know how to do their job. Took a pepperoni pizza (which I didn't want) instead and got out of there because I couldn't stand to be...
