Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

KFC!!!!! I just finished having some Bomb Food!!! The Nashville Hot 3pc and some coleslaw... I went through the drive thru and the employee was very nice... but why the one star?! Well I’ve been to this establishment with my family many times. My fiancé and I have become accustomed to check the bags every time we receive them before leaving, due to the fact that most times something is missing... Not a huge deal when it come to a fairly big order... I mean I get it...but when I ask for a 3pc Nashville Hot, mashed potatoes, Baja Blast and to add a side for an extra dollar. Which I did, and chose coleslaw. I mean it was a simple order, only four items... well I went against my instincts and didn’t check the bag. And to NO SURPRISE I was missing something, you guessed right! My mashed potatoes. I still didn’t believe the order was messed up I thought maybe it fell out the bag in the car. I went back out to my car and looked around still giving y’all the benefit of a doubt... had me out there looking stupid believing in y’all... 🤦‍♂️. I mean the sad part is that you guys offer this meal with the mashed potatoes, it’s in the print right next to the photo... so y’all missed something that was supposed to come with my meal.. C’mon now! Looks like Popeyes is the move!!!

Terrible service!! You ask a question and they answer you in a very mean way I tried to order a regular burrito double beef with extra potatoes and all they said was that they don’t do that and asked me to order from the menu even though I specified I wanted to order it that way very rude! Specially the manager who treated me like trash😢😞 I felt very bad emotionally and when I told them about their service and that they had to treat people better they told me if you don’t like our service You can go somewhere else, like what kind of service is that!! where you treat the costumers like trash and don’t let them order what they want, seriously if I could give them 0 star i would give it to them but not for the tacos! because they are really good but their service the worse I’ve ever had in my life, the manager was the meanest person I’ve dealt with and when I say thank you and go they didn’t even answer me back, this is a perfect description of emotional damage! With the way they made me feel, I highly recommend to take a look to the horrible manager...

This place really sucks. They messed up my order not once but twice. First time on DoorDash I didn’t receive one of my items I was annoyed so I went there myself and when I ordered a DIET Baja blast ZERO they gave me regular. I can’t have regular. The workers really don’t care at all and it shows. Not to mention the food tasted terrible. My fiesta potatoes were cold and stale tasting my chalupa was bland dry they didn’t offer any hot sauce either like they usually do. Also my DoorDash bag was not secured at all. They just tie the bag by the handle with the “kfc” bag and send it off that is unsafe and Taco Bell should consider to follow a better protocol when handling food given off to door dashers it should be a stapled bag or with stickers like McDonald’s does so it’s impossible to be tampered with. This location is literally next to my house by I refuse to ever go back with such a terrible experience with customer service food...
