First time going. From out of state. Went on a Thursday about 1pm. Not crowded. Overall, the food tasted good, but the service was just okay. Location: able to get to with gps. Parked along the street. Located on the corner of the street. The street can become clustered if it's busy. Atmosphere: check in with the hostess outside. Order at your table. indoor & outdoor seating. Table seating. Felt a little cramped at the 2 person table. Smelled good inside. Service: hostess was nice. Sat us immediately. Our waitress was okay. She just seemed a little annoyed. Like asking questions about the menu kinda bothered her. Recieved our food pretty quickly. Checked on regularly. Menu: we shared the fish & chips (2 people). Our bill was $19 for the plate & tea. The food on the menu sounded great, but alot of items (seafood) were marked at market price so we had to ask about pricing for alot of items. I think it could benefit customers & waitresses if they could utilize their chalk boards to right the market price for the day. Food: a good variety. Gumbo, crab balls, fish & chips, fried pickles, onion rings, salads, crab cakes, sandwiches, etc. We did see another table order the crab balls and they looked small. Our fish and chips came with fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce and it was all good. Prices: our food felt priced average for the area. Overall, we enjoyed davis' pub! Another great place to eat.

Dinner at Davis’ Pub is always a treat! Had a delicious dinner and good drinks. It’s a great local pub to enjoy on a trip to Eastport, just across the Spa Creek Bridge. Our drinks: Orange Crush Flying Dog Hop Electric Hazy IPA Heavy Seasons Loose Cannon Dinner: 🦀 Pub Tots 🥣Chicken and Sausage Gumbo 🥗 Buffalo Chicken Salad 🐓Chicken Tenders We rotate between the Pub Tots and the Crab Prezel on different visits. Both are always a hit. The Gumbo was very tasty and filling, perfect on a cool evening. Our Buffsl guy lives his Buffalo seasoned chicken salad and the chicken tenders are consistently a large portion that hits the spot. Thanks to a great staff at Davis’, we only had to wait about 15 minutes for our table on a busy Saturday night. The tables were full when we sat and virtually empty when we left. Thank you to our server, Kaitlin (sp?), she took great care of us. We will be back. Whether you are a local or just visiting, be sure to add Davis’ Pub to your lunch or dinner plans.

Great little neighborhood spot near the water in Eastport. We tried it for (COVID safe) take-out while wandering around Annapolis. Crab pretzels are crabby, cheesy, and the use of a pretzel bun base means no crab falling through the holes and a balanced bite of pretzel and dip with each bite. Fish and chips is elevated by a light seasoning in the batter that really compliments the super-fresh, super delicate cod. Don't usually bother with take-out fries (textur), but these were surprisingly crispy and flavorful--nice and thin, good balance of salt and potato flavor. Crab cakes are all super-fresh crab and no filler, and a very good deal at about $20 for 2 full size broiled cakes and a side. The green beans had a light garlic butter flavor. Oh, and they also have eco-friendly carry-out boxes. We look forward to returning to sit on their patio post-Covid.

My wife and I moved to Annapolis last month and are exploring the area for local pubs with good food. We decided to try Davis' because we had heard so many good things about it. As we had a wait for a table, I went to the bar, and ordered drinks for my wife and myself. I made the mistake of leaving the tab open and the card with the bartender. We were finally called to a table, so I closed out my bar tab. We had a great meal, and a very enjoyable time, until I checked my bank account the next day to learn that someone had charged $90 of xbox games to my debit card. The only time that card was out of my possession was when it was being held for the bar tab. I don't play xbox. I emailed Davis', and am still waiting for a response a week later. They did, however, in the interim, make sure they were paid. Nice. So, I paid for a meal, tipped well, and bought someone 4 new xbox games. Really makes me want to return. Not

After seeing the reply placing the onus on me for Davis' not responding to my email for a week, I accepted Davis' invitation and spoke to Paul, the "manager". As I reminded him I never asked for anything from Davis', I asked him how the review could be considered a scam. This baffled him. Then the lies started about how all the staff were adults and don't play xbox. Really? And how about the teenage runners and bar backs? Paul's reply were that they were young adults that don't play xbox. Amazing. My review was insulting? More so than Paul's answers? Choose wisely folks. The only insults here were Paul's responses to...

To paraphrase a famous pop singer, Oops Davis' you did it again! I should have come up with a better musical reference, but I couldn't figure out how to work in Thunderstuck, but I digress... Davis' never, ever disappoints. The staff is the best and, quick shout out to our bartender, she is a rockstar! I don't submit a review after every visit; however, recently several friends who want a break from D.C. asked me, "the local (I've been called worse...)," where they should eat in Annapolis. Davis' is always on my list. Today's lunch once again reminded why. We started with Buffalo wings, which were perfect. My buddy had a grapefruit crush or maybe three, and mentioned each one was refreshing as the last. My Summer Shandy was ice cold. A great recommendation. He had the burger. which is consistently great. I had the Rockfish sandwich special, recommended by our bartender. It was fresh and all the ingredients straight from the farm. The tomatoes were perfect specimens on my sandwich and my pal's burger. Also, the lettuce, like always, was worth eating. How many times does a restaurant slap a wilted piece of lettuce on a burger or sandwich as an afterthought? In my experience, too many. I should note even the celery served with the wings was crispy and nicely washed. I was a prep chef in a previous life so I look for this. This is the perfect segue into our Caesar salads which also met these same standards. Everyone needs a Davis' in their restaurant lineup. Go, have a delicious meal and leave with a stylish t-shirt....
