Dunkin' — Restaurant in Annapolis

Ordered online for a work meeting, gave extra prep time and 20 min later after pick up time they still hadn't checked for online orders. Told me their wasn't one, after much debate found order. Said it would be made promptly but instead waiting on 4 more customers first. Owners arrives and told it will be made immediately. Poorly packed and I rushed out not checking. Half the order not there and so late I cant go back. Customer service Initially seemed helpful, submitted receipts for refund that was never received. Been going here for a while since I work right next door, but today will be the last time. I ordered a large black tea as usual, there was a new guy working so maybe I am being too harsh but he kept asking me a question I couldn't understand to which I replied "large black tea" 3 times. When I got my tea it had cream and sugar and he refused to make me a new one saying he had asked me 3 times. I left my undrinkable tea on the counter...

Love this Dunkin, excellent customer service, food is always made correct, my iced and hot coffee is always delicious. My blueberry muffins are always hot and fresh. The owner gifted me a mug and key chains bc i treated a homeless lady before. Only Dunkin I will spend my money at. Great job everyone.
