Yes, I'm lovin' the remodel which came complete with kiosks to place your order. The kiosk is the major reason for the 5 star review. The number of offerings available to order on the kiosk dwarfs what is shown to be available via menu board. Quarter Pounder with lettuce, tomato and mayo your thing, order a deluxe. The Bacon Cheddar McChicken has life with the kiosk. Afraid to customize your order because of a language barrier, with the kiosk, customize away. Item that you thought were retired still live on. After placing my order with the kiosk. I chose to pay cash. Walk to the register and paid with ease. The staff on duty was friendly, restaurant was clean and my food was presented to me nice and hot. Perfectly salted fries, cheese melted on everything that had cheese and because of the kiosk I discovered that my favorite dipping sauce for McNuggets is still around. I thought Hot Mustard was supposedly retired 5 years ago. This discovery got more money out of me. That damn kiosk can get you into trouble if you're not careful. The only thing that could've made the experience would be the availability of some International items, specifically Asian ones. Ebi...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s this morning, on October 21st while picking up a DoorDash order. When I arrived inside, not one of the workers acknowledged me, despite the fact that they were helping other customers who came before me—a white man and a Spanish man. I stood there waiting to be helped, but I was completely ignored.
I saw my order ready and had to ask for it, and even then, the worker didn’t address me or offer to hand me the order. Instead, she made a dismissive gesture with her hand, indicating that I should come behind the counter to get it myself. It was as though I wasn’t even there.
As a Black customer, this treatment made me feel singled out and disrespected. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect, and this experience was far from that. I asked the employee for her name, and she said her name was Maria—although I hope she wasn’t lying about that.
I would encourage management to review the store’s video footage from between 6:30 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. I was the customer wearing a...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru and had my window rolled down and ready to order. An employee came out to the back of the store and began hacking and throwing up, and wiped her mouth on her sleeve... Super disgusting, she should have went to the bathroom. I almost got out of line but tried to give the benefit of the doubt. When I approached the first window to pay, that woman had snot running down her nose and severe dandruff.. That didn't settle nicely either... I got to the second window to pick up my food and saw the woman that had been throwing up in there working. Disgusted me even MORE, if someone is sick they should go home. A reminder, she wiped it on her fabric sleeve. I made a civil comment to the man who handed me my food, and he barely acknowledged me and turned his back/side to me. He looked and saw I was still there and said "I'll let my manager know" very callously. Sad thing is, I think it was the manager that was puking lol.. Never going...
