Crazy Car Audio — Local services in Annapolis

I purchased a Sony Apple Car Play from Crazy Car Auto in 3/2025, everything was great!!! Less than. 6 months later I started having problems with the system and went back to Crazy Car Audio.

Louie was who I always dealt with and he again, checked my radio out, had his technicians work on resetting the system, which did not change anything. The only recourse I had was to have the system returned to Sony for them to repair It, or replace it if it could not be fixed. I would be responsible for all shipping costs.

Louie saw that I understood the terms of the warranty, but was very disappointed, and he gave me the option to buy a new radio, they would install it at no cost, and he would assume responsibility for the broken radio.

If I could give this shop 30 stars I would. I went to another audio shop first, because I needed a speaker put into a box, and an amplifier installed. The shop told me that I had to put the speaker in myself because they couldnt. I went to Crazy Car audio and started explaining and they immediately told me they could do it. I tried to explain the speaker situation and they were just like, were professionals we can do it. I was late to my appointment and they still were able to get me in. My install is clean, and works perfectly with my factory infotainment center. But I didnt get to the best part.....Half the price of the competitor. Stopped in to get advice and quote to replace rear door speakers in 2017 Acura. Luis provided info and suggested doing job right away, great guy. Came back next day and had speakers installed but later I discovered one wasn't working. Called, Luis said no problem. Went in next morning, they took me right in, just a small issue which they CHERFULLY took care of right away.
