I had gone to this salon a day before my graduation, waited 1 1/2 hr, seated and the lady told me someone is coming right away but no one showed up after another half an hour. The owner left someone’s nails and came to me and asked if I needed nail extensions-I said no I just need gel manicure. She didn’t do manicure and only did gel-that too in rush as people were waiting for her. She was rushed, didn’t shape my nails properly and the nail paint was everywhere- over the cuticles. When asked about the manicure and cuticle removal she says oh you only asked for the gel nails and we will do it next time. I went to nail works on a Friday I went to get a gel pedi and gel mani. By Sunday my gel polish was lifting and chipping off. By them being closed on sundays I called Monday morning notified them and was told to come in. When I was put in a chair hellen wanted to clip off the chipped areas and seal them with a top coat instead of doing them over to make sure they don’t lift again. I was there when they open at 10:00am, they asked what service I was getting I said fill-in, pedicure, and eyebrows. I say for a whole hour before anyone came to me to tell me they could only do my pedicure because they have appointments all day. This is not the first time they have done this.
