Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Anniston

GAVE IT A 1 STAR. BECAUSE ZERO STARS WERE NOT AN OPTION. I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ONCE A WEEK. ALWAYS SPEND $45-65.00. BUT TONIGHT; CHRIS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, DID NOT THINK MY $65.00 ORDER WAS A BIG ENOUGH CONTRIBUTION TO THEIR PROFIT MARGIN. I ORDER THE SAME ORDER EVERYTIME I ORDER. PAY SAME PRICE EVERYTIME I ORDER; BUT , TONIGHT CHRIS WAS GOING TO MAKE ME PAY MORE. $20.00 MORE. WAS HE NEEDING GAS MONEY. DID HE NEED GROCERY MONEY. WAS HE OUT OF CIGARETTES. I ASKED HIM HOW COME IT WAS HIGHER. HE SAID BECAUSE OF COUPONS. IMAGINARY COUPONS THAT HE IS THE KEEPER OF & GIVES OUT AS HE PLEASES OR DOESN'T PLEASE. HE DECIDED THAT DOMINO'S HE WORKS AT TONIGHT WAS SO FAR IN THE BLACK THAT HE DID NOT NEED MY SMALL CONTRIBUTION TO THEIR PROFIT FUNDS. CHRIS DECIDED TO TO LET HIS BIGGEST COMPETITOR; PAPA JOHN'S , SHARE IN THEIR PRFIT SHARING. I AM SURE THAT CHRIS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER'S BOSS DOES NOT THINK THEY ARE FAR ENOUGH IN THE BLACK TO GIVE A $65.00 ORDER TO HIS COMPETITOR, PAPA JOHN'S. I BET THE OWNER AND FRANCHISER DOES NOT THINK THEY ARE FAR ENOUGH IN THE BLACK THAT $65.00 WOULD GOTO PAPA JOHN'S. SOUNDS LIKE MANAGEMENT TRAINING AT DOMINO'S IS NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT MORE ABOUT CHRIS'S TITLE THAT HE WAS VERY PROUD OF. AND IN TELLING ME THAT THE MANAGER IN THE MORNINGS WOULD TELL ME THE SAME THING. GO TO PAPA JOHN'S THEN. I DONT THINK THAT IS PROPPER MANAGEMENT OF THIS SCENERIO. I COULD BE WRONG; BUT, CHRIS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER , PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TO GOTO PAPA JOHN'S. WELL THANK YOU CHRIS, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. I DID ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S. AFTER TELLING THEM THE ORDEAL I WENT THROUGH WITH YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION. THEY APOLOGIZED FOR YOUR ACTIONS, THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS, GAVE ME A DISCOUNT & TOLD ME TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT. PAPA JOHN'S EARNED MY BUSINESS TONIGHT. NOT ONLY DID THEY ESRN IT, CHRIS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR PROMOTION CHRIS, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. AND THANKS AGAIN FOR GIVING MY BUSINESS TO PAPA...

I was there this evening and they were super busy. This worker with a big shaggy beard say man its gonna be a hour before you can get your pizza. I smiled and said i didn't mind waiting. 30 mins pass i walk outside to get away from the constent phone ringing with no answer. A little girl walks in and make an order as i watched thru the window. I went in the after the girl had order and asked the worker are you taking orders now after i been here now for 45mins. He told me once again sorry man we running behind i said sir u told me that 45 mins ago i dont want to argue that ill even write down my order on this napkin and did so,he said i got you. I step back outside watch him thru the window look at my order on the napkin. 10 mins after that i saw the worker look for someone(customer) i walked in and he said as to me as he walked by me toward outside i got you man. A second worjer came in and said why we only have to drivers im bouts to walk out on yall. First worker look at the second worker who just walkef in to get my order. I said to him you said you had me a hour ago he said he will get your order. The second worker shouted out take his order, i dont even know how to take orders. I then told the first worker im ok i understand here and left Dominos and went to lil caesars. The reason real was i believe i was a man of color and second worker was also a man of color... It still...

It was great when it first opened ... in fact my family loved the quality of the pizza and freshness of the ingredients! However, slowly the quality has declined. We order from there a lot and usually go pick up our order. They leave out sauces or extras that you order a lot. This really isn't much of an issue because I just ask them when I get there.

However, the consistency of quality of the food hasn't been good since around June. We order bread bites a lot from there and sometimes they are drenched in oil to the point that they ooze out a lot with every bite (not good) and others it is bone dry with not even sauce to dip them in (also not good). Sometimes the bites are REALLY undercooked and sometimes they are just right. I understand it is different employees making the pizza, but sometimes the stuff is good and other times I don't even eat it because it is inedible. Ordering now is a 50/50 gamble on whether I will actually be eating what they give me. The pizza is often the same (undercooked or just right).

Also one time they gave us a cheesy bread instead of bread bites and then when we called about it they basically called us liars. We just wanted what we ordered and we order from there A LOT.

Recently we have cut back on ordering from there because of the consistency issues. We used to order at least twice a week and now it is about...
