Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Anniston

I had a horrible day earlier this week and wanted to avoid cooking - figured I'd order a pizza. I placed my normal order and the driver showed up about 45 minutes later. She handed me two boxes (I ordered one pizza) so I asked it she was sure it was mine. She said yes and began to leave. The boxes had a different address/order so I chased her down to give them back. Another 45 minutes later another driver showed up. When I opened that box, it was my order but the ingredients were wrong. I called the store and was told it would be quite some time before another delivery could be made so I offered to come pick it up. It's a 30 minute round trip, but I just wanted to eat. A few minutes after I got there they handed me the pizza. I opened it and it was still incorrect. There were no apologies, the person at the register just told the cook to make another. At this point it had already been over two hours since my order so I asked for a refund. No one seemed to care about all the trouble. I felt like I was on a hidden camera show. I order from this store quite often but won't be in the future. I know mistakes are made and I was polite and understanding with the first two calls but 3 wrong pizzas with no apologies or concern (which is my primary complaint) is hard...

So we ordered pizza from this location tonight. Everything was fine until it arrived. TheThey store forgot half of our order, have us ranch but no wings, gave us ca small cheese pizza instead of cheese bread . The driver was very nice, even called checked her other bags to make sure it wasn't there in the rain . And then called the store on her phone. They tried to say that they couldn't do anything about our order ans expected us to pay $70 for hardly anything. Finally got ahold of a manager and thought we had everything taken care of , promised to remake entire order , and have it delivered within 30 minutes and that they were on it right then . And hour and a half later the order arrived. Everything was there but the food was cold, stale tasting , the Buffalo wings tasted watered down and cold , the pizza was bland and stale tasting. So I ordered my three pizza's from papa John's. They all were received in a timely manner. After close inspection, one of my pizza's didn't have adequate amount of cheese. I didn't order extra cheese but it was obvious that a few spots didn't have cheese. This is the second time this happened. The first time, the manager gave me a refund. I called the store and the manager who inspected my pizza said it was fine. I have a photo of one the slices and you can clearly see that it's not cheese where it needs to be. My children got to the other half before I could get the full picture. I have contact Papa John's corporate and submitted a case for a refund. I would ask your employees to please try and pay attention and do your job to best of your ability....
