Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anniston

I placed a mobile order for this Taco Bell, near Lenlock Walmart. My order:

Fiesta Potatoes with no sour cream Nachos Bell Grande - black beans, no lettuce or sour cream, add jalapeños Black bean Quesarito add tomatoes Black bean crunchwrap Supreme with light lettuce Packets of mild sauce

I pull up to the drive thru and the female employee reads off everything without taking a breath. At the exact moment I noticed she called out something incorrectly, she rudely asked me to pull forward.

I pull to the window and am trying to figure out what happened. I check my Taco Bell app to see and there was a glitch. We all know technology can be faulty, so I waited for her to open the window and I could see what happened.

The employee was very rude opening the window. She started out already with an attitude. I stated my crunchwrap was wrong and the app accidently took everything off. She SLAMMED the window in my face and started to talk so loudly, I could hear through the closed window. She was incredibly rude, slung the window open and....with an attitude, asked how it should be fixed. She said it was already made and was completely unprofessional. I took my incorrect food, expecting it to taste like normal. My food was disgusting and poorly put together. I don't know what happened today but this put a bad taste in my mouth....so did the food. I always go inside because I hate the drive through. I walked up to the kiosk because these restaurants don't hire qualified help anymore so I would rather deal with a computer than an idiot, turns out I had to deal with an idiot anyway. I ordered our food which was simple and straightforward taco bell food with strawberry lemonade freezes for our drinks, the girl behind the counter basically whispered that they were out of them, so because taco bell is a Pepsi restaurant, they didn't have anything to get instead, I told the girl to give me a refund. She didn't know how to do it so she had to find the manager or the head idiot to give me a refund. She was out in her car instead of watching the rest of the idiots behind the counter. When I got home, I unpacked the bag I found that my crunchwrap Supreme was basically a flour tortilla shaped like a stop sign. Not just one but two of them made the same way with nothing inside of the tortilla. I will never return to that location, I will drive to oxford or Jacksonville, but...

Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. I always order on the app every time to try and cutdown on everyone’s time including my time it takes to order and everything. I ordered 3 combos and after I pulled up to the window the first thing the cashier says to me is “wow that’s a hefty order” and then says they’re out of half my order so “your best bet is to cancel your order” I asked what they were out of to try and modify my order to stuff they had and she said they were out of Baja blast and nacho fries. Not sure how 3 drinks and 1 side of nacho fries is half my order and my best bet is to cancel the entire order but I told her to change the drink flavors and take off the fries and it seemed to be a hassle for her but eventually rang up my new order.
