I've used this place pretty much exclusively for 3 or 4 years. The prices are great. I wanna tell you a quick story though. Recently, I accidentally destroyed my whole rig. So I go in and see CJ and get a new kit.. mod, vape, batteries, juice. My fiance became interested in quitting smoking and we got her a kit that day too. The products I bought worked great for a few weeks, and hers still do. My setup started giving me resistance problems, and I'm an experienced vaper. There was a fault in the equipment I bought. When the manufacturer didn't respond very quickly, I went in and mentioned to CJ the issues in having. This guy when I showed him the problem in having, gets an identical atomizer from his personal stash and stands at the counter with me and swaps parts until we isolate the concern. He ends the transaction by GIVING me his extra personal atomizer to help me while navigating the warranty process. I love this store, and employees like CJ are why. I was never treated like an inconvenience. This dude just wanted to make the transaction whole, even at sacrifice of personal property. That's the integrity that makes you trust a business. I am in the process of trying to quit smoking so I decided to stop by Star vape to see what I needed to do to get started vaping. The cashier Jamie was extremely helpful and patience explaining me everything. She walked me through the different kinds available and help me chose the best one for me.
