We ordered a classic cheese & classic pepperoni today, using the app, & picked up in the drive thru. This was for 3 kids 6 & under. We, of course, assumed it would be what we ordered. we live in Alexandria, 8-10 miles from the store. When my grandmother got it here, we discovered that they’re both pepperoni.. one of the three kids has sensory issues, & absolutely will not eat anything he doesn’t regularly eat, & he needed the cheese pizza, the one we didn’t get.
I contacted the store, explained everything, he said to return one pizza to get the one we should have gotten from the get go, which would have been fine if we didn’t live so far away. Since this was in no way, shape, or form our mistake, & more gas had to be used to fix THEIR mistake, I feel like they should have just given us the correct pizza.. I even offered to show the two pepperonis side by side, with the receipt showing that one was wrong, & he refused, then hung up on me.. I called back to request his name, as obviously I’ll have to go over his head to have this resolved, since this manager isn’t competent enough to do so, & as soon as I just very simply asked for his name, he said that he does not have to tell me his name, & hung up on me again. I can not wrap my mind around how rude & unprofessional he was. Had they just simply done their jobs & checked what was going out on a two piece order, this wouldn’t have happened in the...
Read moreWent to order a cheese bread pizza and was treated very rudely. The Manager (Bradley) was very overbearing and highly unprofessional. I asked to get my cheese bread made special and gave me a hard time about. Before I paid for my order, I asked how long had the cheese bread been in oven. He then told me that it had been in the oven only 5 min, however after I opened the box to examine the pizza it looked as if it had been in the oven all morning. I politely asked if I could get a freshly cooked cheese bread, then is when this so called "manager" became annoyed. He took the pizza box to the back of the store and came back up front to ring up my order. Then is when I realized that he'd charged me extra to (not for the parmesan) but for making a new pizza. Bradley tried to make me believe that a $5 cheese bread + $1.50 parmesan cheese + tax= $7.13 would come out to $8.69. I argued the total for the pizza to which this manager couldn't tell me why I was being charged the extra $1.56. So, in a nutshell, I was basically being charged EXTRA for requesting a fresh pizza! I have had a couple of unpleasant encounters with that particular guy at this (Quintard- Anniston) location. What this manager tried to do was unacceptable and very worthy of being reported to the corporate office. Very Poor and...
Read moreMy family visits this location several times a week to feed eight kids. The customer service at this location is horrible. My mother went thru drive thru several times to be told to pull to side to wait with car full of grandkids only to still be waiting 45 minutes later so my dad went up to the store and went in to get his money back. Another recent trip to this store we stood inside the store and waited for 30 minutes for pizzas that should have been hot and ready. On this visit the employees were giving pizzas that should have been ours to customers that came in well after us and only ordered one pizza which made us have to wait even longer for our normal order of nine pizzas plus other items. I don’t know who owns this location but they need to better manage what is going on in this store because customer service...
