Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Anniston

As many times as we eat Zaxby’s, and keep giving them a try after bad service I’m just ready to give up. Tonight I ordered ahead, took me 35 almost 40 minutes to get through the drive thru and when I picked up my order it was cold. Went back and asked for them to just remake it hot. At first they looked at me like I was stupid. They then took my food back through the window, then they come back and I was basically told the district manager said they could not remake the food or refund my money because I wasn’t there to pick up my food on time. When in all actually, I was in the drive thru line in plenty of time for my order to be picked up and hot. It took 35 minutes just to get through their drive thru. That’s a problem on management… Emma was the manager on duty tonight and I feel terrible for her. She should not have to clean up other people’s messes but she is absolutely precious and deserves a raise. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue at this Zaxby’s. They should honestly be closed. This location has went down hill an fast we go here very often. And bf about a month ago I would of gave them a 5 star. We went there last week on thur an there nibblers are $1 on Thursdays only. We ordered 20 of them got to window they told us our total was 25.16 we gave 26.00 cash they came to window an told us to pull up. So we did then they brought our food out after a few mins, it was hot an I grabbed the bag an went home which we leave about 2 mins from this location. Got home opened our food our bread on them was hard.then I realized they didn't give us a receipt, so I got to adding it up an it shouldn't of cost 26.00 bucks for 20 $1.00 nibblers.plus no receipt... called an told them what was going on an was called a liar... Wow even by the gereral manager.. And I could even eat the bread on them they was so hard.. An usually they are very soft.. Idk what's going on but needs some changes made... Hopefully...

We always have super great service every time we go here to eat. Our last visit was on a SEC football game evening and they had the game on every screen in the place. The customers all got very involved in the game (War Eagle! LSWho?) and it was a really fun AND family friendly environment to watch sports. My only complaint about this place is the really bad Christian music they play over the loud speakers. It isn't great to listen to, no matter your religion, but since we ARE in the South, I guess praising Jesus and eating chicken go hand in hand. Pro tip: they have one of those space age Coke machines where you can get almost any flavor of beverage basically ever.
