I'd like to mention that the owner, Tony, has contacted me about all of this and offered an incredibly sincere apology and an offer for our next order to make up for the trouble. He acknowledged the driver lied to him. I truly appreciate it and am 100% willing to give them another shot after this. He said he had plans to show this review to his employee so I don't know if I should take down the rest of my review. So with this being said, take everything below with a grain of salt because the owner definitely cares about their customers. And, when it's fresh, which it usually is, the food is very good.
Don't order from here unless you're prepared to wait and starve for well over 2 hours before your order arrives. We have ordered from here a decent amount, usually with not much trouble. I placed an order on a holiday that took over 2 hours to receive for delivery. I didn't initially complain, acknowledging it could have been busy because of the holiday, until there was an issue with being refunded suddenly, and then charged again, even though the money had then got moved from the account for other essentials. I'm not sure whose responsibility that was, whether Uber Eats or the restaurant, but either way, that is when I complained because I was under the impression that I received that for the trouble of that wait. This isn't that important but I didn't want to lie and say I never complained the first time.
Tonight I decided to give it another chance. It was not until over 2 hours past the estimated delivery time that we got our food. I called and I wasn't even given an excuse, just "the driver should be there shortly." Yeah, okay, shortly is reaching considering the fact that my order has been "on its way" for 30 minutes when we live approximately 10 minutes away, give or take.
So then I call again after 20 minutes from my first call. I get told I got a phone call. I don't have a single missed call or voicemail. I checked the number registered with my Uber account and it's correct. I've never had an issue with the driver calling me. I got told the driver knocked on the door. Not a single knock was heard, we were dead quiet waiting for ANY sign of ANYONE coming here. And Uber still says "on the way." The food is cold because it was sitting outside for god knows how long because NOBODY ensured the food was received by us.
I'm so tired of this. I won't be ordering from here again. This was the final straw.
Edit: they've now changed the delivery time, but hey, maybe if it was marked as delivered, and I got that notification, my food wouldn't be cold. I still have zero missed calls or voicemails, knowing my phone number is correct. It was never changed and I've had food delivered from here with this...

I can wait for good food -- if it's good food. This is not, unfortunately, and so the predicted 30 minute wait that becomes a predicted 60 minute wait, and then morphs into an actual hour-and-forty-minutes from order to door is frustrating, to say the least.
To top it off, they didn't include something I ordered and paid for. 😡
To their credit, the ponzu sauce that accompanied the steamed dumplings was EXCELLENT, with a strong ginger character that gave it a subtle spiciness not often found in restaurant ponzu. Dumplings themselves weren't bad (hence, two stars).
The fried rice was boring, boring, boring. Rice and onions and oil and whatever protein you specify. In the order instructions, I asked in animated terms for a very, extremely spicy preparation, but for what I received the instructions might as well have been "one speck of red pepper with a heavy side of bland."
Chicken with cashews had all the required elements but was bland. Szechuan string beans were bland.
Do you see any replies to the many negative reviews here or on other sites? Nope. Management doesn't care -- there are plenty of people who will wait too long for bland food, so why change?
Do yourself a favor and leave the house, go get some real Szechuan in Milford....
Read moreOrdered from this place twice . First time was great. My food was exactly how it was ordered. So with working a 9 hour shift, I figured I can order from them again since they did not let me down the first time. I have learned my lesson and will never order from them again. During my work shift, I ordered off their lunch combo. I ordered chicken chow mein. Now from other eateries I have tried, chicken chow mein are very very thin noodles. And it contains chicken and a variety of mixed veggies. (Broccoli, carrots, onions, etc) And since I ordered the lunch combo, it came with fried rice. Now when I received the delivery, it was literally the exact opposite of what I ordered. I’m unsure of what they gave me to be honest. They gave me VERY SLIMEY veggies (it was actually only onions) and two tiny pieces of chicken that looked COMPLETELY INEDIBLE! The whole meal looked inedible! I’m not one to complain about my food in fear of them tampering with it if I ask for something new. So I immediately called the restaurant asking kindly at first for my money back. The man I was talking to on the phone tried retaliating stating to me that that was what I ordered. After a few tries of me asking for my money back, he hung up the phone right on me. Just completely...
