Eastern Bistro — Restaurant in Ansonia

So I order my food around around 3:11pm today. I order teriyaki chicken and general tso chicken. I order from them before and the first time I order general tso chicken and small chicken and broccoli. I had great experience with them for the first time.The food was amazing :). So i order a second time today and when i received my food around 3:48. Which was pretty fast for me ordering food. I didn't think anything of it till i started to eat the teriyaki chicken. First by the appearance the sauce was red. I've never seen teriyaki sauce red. So i started eating the chicken and it doesn't taste like chicken. It was red like it was beef but it didn't taste like beef. It was tooooo chewy!! SOOO what was it? It was very bad!!! So I called back around 3:49 which you can see from the picture below. So i called to get something else and they said i couldn't because they had a lot of orders and they had already delivered it. They said the next time was on them. I'm like okay let me go eat the general tso chicken with pork fried rice. First I asked for extra rice and less chicken because i love rice and i don't really like the bread around the chicken because it's too much. They gave me a lot of chicken. Secondly the smell of the chicken was a smell of general tso sauce but there was a smell that i couldn't put my finger on. Till a couple pieces in of me eating it. It doesn't taste like chicken. It taste like fish. Like how??? So at this point i finish eating the rice because there wasn't much. Still eating the chicken and I open it up just to make sure I wasn't crazy. It looked like chicken but when i tell you it smelled very bad. It smelled like it was bad and old. I had like four pieces of chicken and i couldn't do it any more. I called them back around 4:17pm. Basically telling them about my food and they were trying to make excuses. They brought me my money back around 4:35pm because i told them i'm never ordering from them again. As i'm talking to the deliver guy and i 'm showing him the food. Long story short the guy was on the same page as me. I would never order from here again. I’ve been ordering from Eastern bistro for the past year. The food has steadily gone downhill. The last time I ordered from there, I spent $89 and asked for 20 packets of soy sauce because my three boys like to use a lot. I paid for my order by credit card and added six dollars on for the driver for a tip. She called me back five minutes later and told me she has to recharge my card because they have to charge me two dollars for the 20 packets of soy sauce. I asked her if I’m spending $89at your restaurant how you’re going to charge me for soy sauce. After telling me that I ordered 20 packets and it’s extra I just agreed and hung up. When the food arrived, I was very disappointed to find my large order of boneless spareribs in a small pint container that they usually serve soup in. It was very dry and overcooked. Tonight I ordered Chinese food again and made a point Of ordering from China Garden not only did I get my 20 packets of soy sauce. I also got a free General T’s chicken And a free 2 L bottle of soda. The food was very good, cooked fresh and my shrimp toast came with an extra two pieces that were twice the size of Eastern bistros and two dollars less. Bo Bo Platters (for 2) Egg roll (2), beef teriyaki (2), fried jumbo shrimp (2), fried wonton (4), spare ribs (2),shrimp toast (2), chicken wings(2) cost was $16.75 I thought I would try this as it was a new item for me to try. Do NOT waste your money on this appetizer. It was over fried, extremely greasy, the shrimp toast was so full of grease I don't usually have issues but this was the worst thing to order from here.
