I recently left a one star review due to a rude, unwilling to help employee. The owner quickly responded to the review asking to contact him. I emailed him and received a response within minutes. He was very open to comment and willing to make things right. Any business that cares enough to immediately cater to their customers concerns deserves to be recognized in good way and not have one employee ruin their reputation.
