Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Antioch

Horrible service! Not only that they take for ever to take your order but they are extremely rude. The customer service is poor! I truly understand that, specially those jobs are really stressful due to the high volume of clients at night but if you cannot keep up with your job specially as a shift leader or assistant manager then look for a Job that makes you happier. As clients we do not deserve poor service and nasty food just because you been working “12 hours” we are paying for our food and service at least we should deserve a better experience. Tonight I was in line for almost 45 minutes waiting for them to take our order, once we got to the window their ApplePay machine was not working and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience (LUCIA) was really rude and disrespectful, stating that my card was not supportive by their system when I have used it before at Jack in the Box (it’s a normal debit card added to my applePay) she even yelled at us stating that she was there working for 12 hours and that she could not do anything for us. I was not expecting them to gift us any food but at least a little bit of more respect and out of courtesy to try to use another register or at least a better customer service. Family was visiting from Tennessee and this was a very embarrassing experience. I will never visit this Jack in the Box nor recommend it to any family or friends. Specially if Lucia it’s in charge, horrible person, no ethics at all and it seems like she hates her job and her life. I feel sorry for her. Please if you work at customer service let’s make a better experience for everyone, treat people how you would like...

I wish DESPERATELY I could give this place negative stars. Multiple times we’ve tried to get food from here. We’re truck drivers (so obviously can’t fit our truck in the drive thru), so we rely on the lobby being open. I had called at 9pm & was informed the lobby closes at 11pm. Showed up at 9:45pm to locked doors. Tried to flag down an employee in the kitchen, and was met with direct eye contact then completely ignored. Walked to drive thru to get someone’s attention. Was ignored there as well. Called 3x, finally spoke to Eva, told her the doors were locked & drive thru unresponsive. Response was “I don’t know why no one responded, we’re here. And I don’t know why the door was locked, it does that on its own sometimes.” Those were both lazy, fishy excuses. When we walked back to our truck, we saw someone pull up, walk inside, and come back out with bags of food, and QUICKLY. Corporate needs to do an overhaul of this location. Absolutely trash customer service. Staff seems to pick and choose when they want to work. If you don’t want to deal with customers, work somewhere else. While I understand safety concerns of employees, at least have the DECENCY to say “hey, sorry, our lobby is closed. can’t serve you.” instead of being treated like stray dogs. The Jack in the Box location at 4801 Lone Tree Wy has given me nothing but bad service lately. I went there on 08/16/24, and the worker was just extremely rude to me telling me hurry up to order and started speaking in her secondary language not knowing I also speak Spanish and called us lonely fat people who only eat late at night?!?!? And just Tonight on 08/17/24 I proceeded through the drive through and it is the same worker from before but I give it a shot because it’s a new day and the same one order I get, she completely gave me something different and told me that’s what I ordered and she won’t change it unless we pay more. FOR HER MISTAKE OF NOT LISTENING AND CLOSED THE WINDOW ON MY FACE. All I ordered was a large UCB munchie meal with a sweet tea no ice and tacos for both of my sides which she then REPEATED THE ORDER BACK TO ME and gave me nothing of what was repeated. I asked for tacos as both sides which means I would’ve gotten 4 tacos and she give me all Halfsie friends and I’m allergic to potatoes which is why I literally asked for all my sides to be tacos and I was given unsweetened tea with ALOT of ice when I asked for none . My experience was just not worth me going there furthermore again...
