Ima start this by saying that this place merits a 2nd shot, especially with many positive reviews before mine, so i will be coming back.
I ordered the HD Burger Stacked (btw, everything has gone up $2 in price from photos before) and i got the Parmesan and Garlic French Fries. Service was rapid, and everything was cooked with the described ingredients. Toasted black sesame seed bun, two patties cheese melted over it, and pickles. But i feel it falls short. When you name a burger after your restaurant you would expect something really extravagant. It's not. You got two clogging patties (most likely defrosted) to give the avg person or smaller the meat sweats, and 3 other minimal ingredients. I regrettably rank McDonald's Double Double over this one. This seems like a management issue to me, some of the other burgers looked ridiculous and actually stacked high. THEE HD Burger needs to be rewritten because it was indeed a let down.
The Parma Garlic fries were really tasty, but there's a shortcut which i feel is another management issue (i mean who orders the product, right?). Powdered Parmesan, like in cardboard kraft tube that you put over boyardee. That's a huge miss!! If management orders legit blocks of cheese to grind over and get those amazing shards of parmesan, it would make this so much better, and much more presentable.
The Restaurant was very clean, organized, well distributed, and the workers were very very polite, eye contact and made sure the correct person got their food and then thanked you. I have zero against the workers on the floor.
Will make that second chance someday. But at 0 for 2, thank goddness the soda...
Read moreUpdate: even your response is rude, and you are calling a customer a liar. Which I am not. The entire phone conversation was rude. Our perception of the experience is what matters, your customer service is appalling. All we wanted was our question answered about the aioli or mayonnaise as you call it and you couldn’t do that instead you were put out and rude. Time to acknowledge your behavior when working with the public.
Normally this place is amazing from the staff to the food to the decor. But last night was different. We called in our food order and everything was fine. Until I read the ingredients and called the restaurant to ask about the aioli sauce. The older guy who answered the phone was so rude it was unbelievable! All I wanted to know was if his aioli sauce was home made or store bought. I am pregnant and if it is home made it will have raw eggs in it unlike store bought that has pasteurized eggs init. Instead of answering my question he was rude and stated it’s already made and it’s mayonnaise. Again all we wanted to know was if it was home made with raw eggs or not and then he hung up on us mid conversation. I paid 37.98$ to be treated like I was a problem. All I wanted to do was to have a good dinner with my husband. I’m a nurse at the local hospital, pregnant and just wanted to support a local business. I will never be eating there again. Learn some customer service, if the rude guy had just answered our question it would not have been so bad. Then the food we got made me sick all night long. I will make sure to tell everyone how rude this restaurant is. Do...
Read moreAugust 17,2016 a approx. 6pm. I must say and agree with most of the other reviewers, that the food is spectacular and very good. But, from my many , many years of experience in the service management industry, I can honestly say that no matter how great your product/food is the real test and challenge is a positive face to face customer experience. Which was not present at both times of my visit. The gentleman that I encountered each time did not display a pleasant experience at all. First, he never made eye contact while interacting during the order/ direction and was quite disconnected. On the second visit, I brought a friend and after we ordered we seated ourselves on the outdoor patio, when our food was ready he came to the door and literally "barked" at us that our food was ready, not good. I also ordered a Heiniken beer which I repeated several times to the young lady and then she opened a Stella, although she apologized and wanted to take it back, I accepted it anyway. After the first experience I still chose to return and even with a referred friend. I am hard-pressed to return a third time. I hope this will be a watershed moment for your establishment. Good Luck. Also, in my experiences, when responding to not-so-positive reviews , a positive and not so patronizing response will go a long way. My apologies for a lengthy...
