McDonald's — Restaurant in Antioch

I have a low tolerance for fast food especially McDonald's. However, there's something to be said about the Fish Fillet. I order mine with light Tartar Sauce, no cheese. Usually, it's prepared exactly the way I requested it...depending on the location. It's a actual fish fillet, not minced fish (which could really be a mixed blend of who know what!). It's very fresh, has no fishy taste, it utterly delicious. I only but them when they're on sale, because I can't eat anything else at McDonald's. I'd highly recommend this item. And I really like the location on Contra Costa Blvd near Sun Valley Mall. They're friendly, professional and rapidly prepare your food to order...

I was at Walmart this afternoon, and I was craving a milkshake. My surprise was, that the cashier ordering my drink, and another person comes out and tells him, that he can't order a milkshake unless the order is large. I mean, they didn't sell me the stupid milkshake, because I had to order several combos!!! I must make a parenthesis here, because by no means are these people, they were busy. There were no people eating there not ordering anything at the time. It is incredible that a chain as renowned as the It is, their employees have a zero customer...

If you're looking for good customer service I definitely don't recommend you coming to this McDonald's it's located inside the Walmart all the employees are Hispanic I was waiting in line for my order when I heard one of the employees talk about a customer in Spanish talking about her parents they all started laughing the customer felt very uncomfortable I who speak three languages one of them being Spanish told the manager it was not nice for them to be talking about the customer she stated to me it was none...
